We started out worried that Finn wouldn't do well with other dogs, and the price was scary but it was ALL worth it. Finn is a smarter, caring and can be with other dogs after proper introduction. I enrolled my dog in Master Dog. He was picked up and dropped back off at my home 4 days a week for two weeks. I didn't really see a change in him until graduation day, and then it was like everything fell together. He is so much better disciplined and seems happier. We loved working with Julie, Amber, Jennifer and Nolan. We look forward to enrolling him in additional classes in the future. I highly recommend Adventure K-9!

We had a great experience with Adventure K-9 LLC. Our 4.5 month bordoodle, Denver started his Master Dog Training course through this company. I went in on the last day of his training and was floored by all he could do. Amber did a great job training him and giving us direction on what to do at home. Since we have brought him home, we have been able to go on walks successfully (without him pulling or chewing on the leash) and he is able to follow all his basic commands. We are so pleased with how kind and thorough everyone is at Adventure K-9 LLC.

My 6-month old Doberman, Rodger, recently completed the Master Dog II program with Adventure K-9. We were both incredibly happy with the training program. I especially loved the convenience of the pick-ups and drop-offs. You can tell that every trainer and employee you interact with is passionate about animals and will treat your pups like their own. I believe that trainer Amber gave me all of the tools in order to be successful and own a well-behaved dog. I have already received comments and compliments on his self-discipline while we're out in public. I'll continue to do private lessons and classes for Rodger with AK-9 :)

The best investment we have made for our family! ❤️ We went from not being able to take both dogs on walks or hikes. Being pulled so bad, we could never enjoy a walk without feeling like we had no control. Feeling exhausted on how to train them ourselves to getting no where. To walking both pups on one walk! No pulling, working on distractions! Social skills were put into play so our pups can play and interact with other dogs! We love the bus, so convenient! The staff and trainers were unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. My boys loved the bus driver! We were paired up with Julie, A dog whisperer! She was so kind and knew how to handle these 2 turbos! They turned 2 good boys into master dogs, and 2 parents into knowledgeable teachers! I’m so proud of them and so happy we made the decision in choosing Adventure k-9

Kenny and the crew at Adventure K9 were AMAZING! My dog is still all puppy, even after 3.5 years, and they were able to work with her (and me!) to teach us both better communication and commands. We did the 2 week Master Dog class, and that was enough to get both of us on the right track. The best part is the follow up lessons for the owner and the dog....those are a tremendous help in continuing your dogs training. It is a big investment, but honestly, it is worthy every penny to have a dog that is as well behaved as Harley is now. I can't say enough about Kenny...he was very patient with both of us, didn't mind all my questions, and was extremely professional in all interactions, very timely and prompt in all communication, and most of all, he was so good with Harley and she loved him! You and your puppers won't regret going to Adventure K-9, I promise!

My Mica (mini Schnauzer) is on her way to becoming a wonderful companion thanks to the positive reinforcement of good behaviors. The staff at Adventure K9 were all terrific, from the consult with Amber, to the daily bus rides with Nolan and the class work with Amber and the rest of the trainers. The ball is in my court and I am committed to learning the methods to keep Mica on track. The private lessons are spot on, and I hope to get into the refresher meetings when possible. Adventure K-9 should be on the top of everyones list when looking for dog training. The services they have provided us with have been outstanding!!! They make it easy by picking up and dropping off the pups. They work with your dog all day then after two weeks they trained us to on how to do everything, each week we would have check in with the trainer. We put Summer in when she was 16weeks in the Master Dog lll. Amber was assigned to Summer, Amber did an excellent job, she was knowledgeable and gave great direction to my husband and I when we met. She was wonderful and quick with a solution to help with what we would be going through at home. Also, everyone that we had contact during the training was friendly and you could see how they love these animals. Two weeks ago I felt like I was mourning the end of the program because every morning Summer so happy to go and she was able to get all her energy out during the day while she was being trained as they socialized her with all the dogs, it was great to be able to have somebody help with training that truly loved your animal. I believe this program has made us be able to enjoy the puppy stage even more because the training she was getting at Adventure K-9. I cannot thank you all enough for partnering with us in training our little Summer!

Amber was great! Our boys loved working with her and we can definitely see their progress. We’ve learned so much about what makes our boys tick and how to better give them the guidance they love.We also love how Amber was able to teach our dogs new skills then teach us what boys now know! Sully and I are so happy we found Adventure K-9! Sully is a joyful, 9-mo. old Goldendoodle, with the energy to match his curiosity. Morgan’s passion for what she does, and her upbeat, yet calm demeanor, was just what Sully needed to feel safe and to experience a wide range of training and behavioral situations. Morgan also demonstrated patience with Sully’s humans as we learned how to work with him. Since then, we’ve continued to train at home, and it works! We plan on continuing with the Master II training.Sully and I waited for the dog bus every morning. Jennifer from Adventure K-9 is by far the best trainer I have ever experienced. She is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Her commands are easy to work with and understand. Her follow up is excellent. After bringing home our very energetic English Springer Spaniel puppy, Lucy, almost 5 years ago it was clear to my husband and I that we needed help. I interviewed several group facilities and individual trainers in the area and did not feel confident with any options until I spoke with Jennifer. I immediately knew she was the one!! After an in home consultation we proceeded with training for both us and our puppy. She uses positive based training and is very patient. At 16 weeks old we sent her to the master dog program. The results were amazing! Our crazy Lucy transitioned into a well mannered, eager to please canine citizen in 2 weeks. Clearly the best decision we could possibly have made for our family. Almost 5 years later our girl still knows her commands, is well behaved, great with dogs, cats, and very gentle with children. Lucy absolutely loves Jennifer and is always excited to see her. Our two granddaughters and their parents are bringing a new family puppy this evening. Our first gift to our grand dog is Adventure K-9 training! We highly recommend Adventure K-9 and Jennifer. I honestly can’t say enough great things about our experience. We adopted a six month old German Shepard mix with a lot of anxiety and probable past abuse. We were initially unsure about signing up for four weeks vs two but those last two weeks made all the difference. Our dog needed help, patience and time and we did too! Jennifer and Chase were so kind and understanding as we all struggled a bit in the beginning with consistency.We learned so much about dog behavior (and we have owned several dogs) but this is the first time we paid for professional training! It was an investment and it has made EVERYONE in our household happier and calmer. Now it is up to us to continue to be consistent. They are miracle workers and if you have any doubts then I would suggest to not hesitate.Get your dog in there ASAP (for the full 4 weeks) and I guarantee everyone will be happier.

Jennifer is an amazing dog trainer!! My dog Winnie was pulling very badly on her leash and was experiencing fear and anxiety around other people and dogs. After sitting down for a free consultation, we decided on the 2 week Master Dog I program. Jennifer completely changed Winnie for the better. She no longer pulls on the leash, and now walks right beside me. She also has much less nervousness and anxiety around strangers. Jennifer is very perceptive and insightful about dog behavior and how to train dogs. She never uses painful or scary negative stimulus for training. Rather she uses positive training techniques like treats, praise, and re-direction. I would recommend anyone in the Boise area to see Jennifer for their training needs! She is kind, smart, thorough, and very reasonably priced!
