Horrific experience with Walmart and getting a blackstone grill. Between in-store pickup to online purchasing and receiving, It was one of the worst experience buying something I've had. I ended up paying for two because they never canceled my first order. Finally it gets here and is completely destroyed. It's a Christmas gift! I call Walmart and they say if the grill isn't damaged then just give it to them! They wouldn't help or offer anything! I'm so surprised. I don't want a hand out but it's a gift. I guess they expect me to just duct tape the box and gift the grill as is! It's a joke! I will not be using Walmart for this type of stuff ever again!

You know I don't have too much to say. Seems how it's the only place to shop in a small town and they do the best they can. However, there is a raw sewage smell that is still in the whole entire front of the store and after talking to several employees is because they have a busted pipe in the men's bathroom. But they won't fix it because the manager can't smell it. I don't know how the manager cannot smell it. It is putrid and the fact of the matter is everybody else can smell it so it raises certain health risks. Cuz I don't know if you know how science works but if you could smell it that means there's particles of it in the air. So you have customers and employees who are inhaling raw sewage particles all day. It needs to get fixed hopefully it gets fixed soon or corporate might have to get involved. If that manager is that dense they should not be a manager they are putting people's health at risk

The Blackfoot Walmart is grossly overpriced compared to its counterparts in Idaho Falls and Pocatello. The shelves are bare, the offerings are minimal now, and the service is lackluster at best. I know some of these employees, as we live in the same town and they seem to feel the same way at times.Maybe, it's a business culture issue. Maybe, it's just a management issue. Or, it could be a lack of employee morale. Team building and a sense of ownership would certainly help.

I usually have negative feedback for Walmart, but lately I've been going at night,with my dog Jack, and the night crew is so much more friendlier. Your day crew could learn a LOT on better personal mannerism.

Honestly, I can't stand going to Walmart. It isn't so much the over-crowding, the mediocre quality of products, or the ever-rising prices that make me cringe when I realize I have to go shop there; the main issue I have with Walmart is that they are only consistent at being inconsistent. They are constantly moving everything around, so you never know exactly where to find the same thing you bought last week. They are always running out of stock on popular items, which you would think they would correct by ordering enough to fill the demand. The website is also terrible, and the inventory is always wrong. Thankfully, the employees are usually helpful and friendly.

I actually went to Walmart to charge my EV. While charging, I was able to go into the store and do some shopping. By the time I was done shopping, my EV was done charging. I wish we could get an EV charging station at the Walmart in Blackfoot.

I went to try on some clothing at the dressing room, and had to press the button for someone to assist with letting me in the rooms twice! Only to be told afterwards that the person who had the keys to the dressing rooms were no where to be found so I had to come back later.

I had a really bad incident with a male associate who nearly ran over my 2 and a half year old and obviously had no regard for anyone around him. This associate pushed his pick up cart close to my son while we were in the isle and stood and waited for us to move without saying anything. Very inconsiderate. As a former associate I understand the policy behind customer service and it definitely was not me. Multiple younger associates gave me a better experience.

I like that you can find items by aisle, section, and specific number. A few missing numbers or covered but is almost perfect.

Love Blackfoot Wal-Mart! Clean aisles, nice, courteous people. Even the cashiers are friendly! I love shopping at Blackfoot Wal-Mart!!!!

This store is literally the only store that sells clothing in Blackfoot. When they do have clearance, it’s usually a pretty good deal. They tend to have bare shelves on highly sought items because it’s one of the only stores other than a few other grocery stores and ace hardware. The population is growing quite a bit so they may look to buy more sought after items so they quit running into that. Thankfully they haven’t switched out all of their registers with self checkouts. There’s nothing real special and nothing really to complain about with this store.

Everyone is very friendly, but the produce section in this store is rough. The Idaho Falls and Pocatello stores have good looking produce, but the Blackfoot store doesn’t have a great selection. I don’t mean they have less (they do, but it’s a smaller store so that makes sense) I’m talking about the quality of the produce in that store. It’s really not great compared to the other stores in the area. It’s a consistent problem that we’ve noticed the past couple of years. The Blackfoot Walmart should get the same quality as the other stores, but it’s not even close.

This is my go-to walmart. While the Pocatello unit is technically closer, I can still save time by going to this one. A lot less crowded. About 99% of all the things that I usually like to buy are here. The place is always clean, never crowded, and it doesn't take too long to find somebody to help me. The location is ideal. I love that it's close to all the other things that I need. Most of the time the people that pick out my groceries find what I'm looking for and I'm usually pretty impressed with the quality of their choices and produce.

Went to pickup phone cords bought some tools and things when I was there yesterday also just had got back from working out of state so when the lady who grabbed the phone cords got them for me I was grateful but she is all I will have you pay back here wasn’t done shopping unfortunately. I just wanted to get my perishables last so grabbed that. Even though I know Walmart doesn’t need my money it was about principal when I decided to get everything else I needed from Ridley’s. Don’t have the time to waste

The staff was very friendly, but they didn't have many items in stock. It's currently the back to school rush, and it appears they didn't order adequate numbers of some of the basic items like notebooks which limited my options. The cheap 33 cent notebooks were gone. The only ones left were almost 2 dollars. I was impressed with the check-out staff but not with whoever does ordering.

So I was put on disability no fault of my own And I was given a flex card which I was completely clueless how it worked. So I went to the young lady at the pharmacy check out. I asked her how it worked. She replied I'm not sure but I think if we work together at it will be fine. So off I go got some items that I needed to better manage my care. Took it all up to her because the only way we new it was covered was to ring them up. Her suggestion was to ring five items up at a time. That way if it didn't qualify we could take it out price ways. My daughter and the clerk had a good time joking at everything OK me too it was an overall cool experience. A great example for all of america to learn from. This was three days ago I'm still walking around with my chest all pokeded out saying who is the man.

First time I have visited this supercenter. Very nice associates, and a clean organized store. Very small in comparison to what I'm used to, but overall very nice.

I enjoy the variety but wish the options were better. I feel like I have to travel to Idaho Falls for so many things because Walmart in Blackfoot doesn't carry it or it's out of stock and has been for a while.

I went to return a few items and the manager was a complete jerk. He said they don’t do returns with no receipt. Since when?!! A valid ID is all that has ever been needed. Apparently he can make his own rules for Walmart. Never going to this Walmart again!!

Waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come to the fitting room. During that time I asked 4 employees for help and nothing happened. 2 times called over the intercom to “assist with fitting rooms” and still no one. The two ladies that finally showed up after 15 minutes eating a bag of candy, saying nothing. Another customer waited the same time before 9pm for help at jewelry to be told 15 min later they can’t help her. The night employees have always been no where to be found when you come in the evening
