For the most part this Ridley’s isn’t bad. Cashiers are very friendly and if you catch sales, you can get quite of bit for cheaper. My biggest complaint is that their bakery department has gone downhill! The staff straight up ignores you when you need something and then have the nerve to roll their eyes. Their donut selection (if they actually out them out instead of just sitting in racks in the back) is awful now! They use to have such a great selection! Whoever is running that department should be fired

I love most of their staff, pharmacy staffEspecially(they're so sweet n down to earth). Prices are high on stuff that's not on sale, but if you watch when they have stuff on sale, it's well worth it! Check that out! They have a digital coupon app that I just love you. All you have to do is just install Rperks and clip coupons right on your phone! Quality on their products is very good as well. They have fresh bread, milk bakery, and produce. Would recommend 👌

Everything on sale "comes off at the end" of the receipt. Very hard to read these receipts. And on numerous occasions, almost all occasions, the discounts do not come off and I have to tell someone to fix it. It kind of feels like the confusing receipts are intentional so that people don't really get the discount half the time.. watch your item prices very closely and check before u pay or at least check receipt before u leave the store. If it wasn't for this receipt problem I'd rate 5 stars. Yesterday I was in a hurry and forgot to check things and I was over charged on 3 different sale items and I had bought 2 of each and I was overcharged about 15 dollars very upset 😡

The food in the deli fresh and healthy.Crab salad croissant was delicious and low calorie, felt good after eating, thankyou. No bloated feeling.

A solid 3 star place. Stars for decent prices (if you sign up for a Ridley’s card) and less stars because the place feels and looks dirty and the lines are usually long because they’re not adequately staffed. They have a place for self checkout but I’ve never seen it up and working. It’s my last go-to place to go grocery shopping in Blackfoot. Walmart is first because of the size and selection, Kesler’s would be second because it’s cleaner and has better customer service than Ridleys.

Ridley's in Blackfoot is such a great grocery store. It is always very comfortable and pleasant to shop in this grocery store. They have a great selection of products and very good prices. The produce department is Wonderful. If you haven't already stopped in to Ridley's in Blackfoot I would strongly suggest stopping in and seeing what they have to offer. Its a bonus to know that they are a local company based here in Idaho which is always nice.

Having your phones disabled all day until it’s almost closing is very inconvenient. I will be sure to place future bakery orders elsewhere.

I would expect if the store is open, you should have at least 1 checkout stand open. Moms with little kids and a cart full of groceries don't want to go to self checkout. If I would have wanted that, I would have gone there. When I asked for a checker, I didn't mean the assistant at self checkout. This has happened more than once and I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.

This is a great store. Whatever Walmart doesn't have, Ridley has and they have some fun deals and displays during the holidays and summer. They're a good spot to check out if you're looking for something different.

The pricing for the item I bought was different from the shelf vs. checkout. The self-checkout is not user-friendly. It requires you to push "enter" and then "pay" in order to pay. I'm still not sure why the payment menu is more or less hidden behind the enter menu, but to make matters worse the associate saw us struggling to check out and told us that maybe we should hit the big "enter" button in order to pay. She did it in a very passive aggressive manner. I was not very impressed.

Love this store! Fresh produce, good selection. Well-stocked Deli. Helpful staff. Fresh meats. Busy bakery. A floral shop, pharmacy, and now a UPS store. We shop in the store weekly. And they even deliver!

Typical for a smaller towns grocery store. The produce and baked goods always seem to be old and don't last very long. But they do have good sales on meat if you catch them. Otherwise they have a decent selection of non perishable foods.

The people that work at the deli are so rude and unfriendly. They don’t greet customers and when greeted by customers they don’t even bother to reply! I recently moved back to Idaho from Nevada and one of the reasons for this move is that people in Idaho are so much nicer compared with people in Nevada! I have yet to see this nice behavior from the deli workers at the Ridley’s market in Blackfoot.

I like this place a lot for great clearance finds. Items are marked down significantly and can be located at the front of the store near checkout in grocery baskets. You'll also find great savings in the isles and near end caps. The only reason I give 4 stars is because it can be pricey for every day regular priced items.

I prefer to buy my meat here because of the serious discounts. I love the sale prices but am unsure if it's worth the hassle of dealing with incompetent staff. Two managers couldn't tell me where to find a product I've bought at least 5 times prior after I had scoured the store when it wasn't in the same spot. One cashier is consistently joking past the point of annoyance. Another cashier had water leaking all over the conveir belt. She continued to try and find the culprit of the leak, which was clear was her spray bottle, but held it over or already bagged groceries as it leaked over everything. One butcher/deli attendant was in a seriously piss poor demeanor and snapped after one easy question. I have been so unhappy with the staff I'm really unsure it's best to continue shopping here despite the discounts. One positive I love is the small town feel and knowing I won't have to deal with excessive crowds. However, the last incident left me wondering if I'll ever return.

I bought a few items, but left the store without half of what I had just purchased. I guess there is a sack with 2 yummy apple fritters sitting at a cash register there. I hope someone got to enjoy them.

I love shopping at Ridley's but I recently had surgery for a total knee replacement and it is still hard to get around. Blackfoot's Ridleys only has one handicap cart and today when I went to get some grocerys that cart was in use and I had to walk to get the groceries that I needed. I won't be able to do that again.

While some of the employees are very nice, I have stopped shopping here.Prices posted on the shelves are not the prices that ring up at the register.Corporate only panders to "large family" shoppers. No thought or care is given to singles or couples without the need for "family size" packaging.Money, not customer service, is this business's agenda.Also, Susan, in the bakery, is extremely rude & unbusinesslike.

I've been a long term customer at Ridley's since 2009. I will. I went in and got some deli chicken that was dry. When I spoke to the gentleman working the deli he looked at me As if I was insulting him, comma and then said nothing at all just gave me a dirty look you look. As if I was insulting him, comma and then said nothing at all just gave me a dirty look. I've never been treated that poorly by any grocery store. I am currently boycotting Ridleys.

I like the people at Riddleys who are courteous, professional, and always a kind word. The produce section is clean and the presentation of produce is great. They will also get you a fruit or vegetable if you desire something they don't have or carry. The deli is always clean and the meat department will cut your meat to your specifications. All the departments do their best to make you feel like you're important. The pharmacy is very professional and takes an interest in the person. In fact Ridley's is like Cheers on TV where everyone knows your name and treats you like a friend. A true home town store with locally grown items.

First time shoppers might feel a little sticker shock when they first see the prices but soon you're more than happy to pay the extra few cents cuz shopping there is actually an enjoyable experience and not a chore like it is at every other grocery store. If you're a big fan of red meat it's the only place in town to shop, aside from the butcher shops they have the best red meats in town
