You can tell she genuinely loves animals and loves what she does. My Yorkie came back looking so cute and he's so soft. He got a treat and lots of kisses from the groomer which I love because I know he was well taken care of. Great price!

I called this place to make first grooming appointment for my dog and it was SUPER uncomfortable. The lady who answered was super hostile. I do not like confrontation or being put in these kinds of interactions because I am an introvert. I would not recommend this place just based on her mean and disrespectful comments and tones. If this is how they answer the phone and I can't imagine what doing business with them be like.

Fantastic groomer and we are lucky to have her so close by in Blackfoot! Definitely goes out of her way to make sure you and your dog are taken care of. To be honest I've never seen my dog look so comfortable walking into a groomers before, she always shakes and cringes! But she came out of this place and I think she wants to go back for the (homemade?) treats that actually smell really good! She gave the full service including haircut, bath, nails, and glands for a very affordable price. This place is awesome and will definitely be going back.

DeAnna does a great job! No one cuts a Yorkie's hair better! She is very good and patient with all animals. She will treat them like your own. I recommend her to everyone.

We have a really big dog, I can't get him clean, I really want to bring him inside when it is so cold outside. She was so tender with him, and did all the things I don't even know need to be done. I felt good about leaving him with her, our dog is very tender and shy and she was gentle with him. Thank you!

Beware!!! If you care about your pet, please don't leave them with this woman. I have been to several groomers as I've moved from state to state and I've had great ones and poor ones. I know that it takes a while for a groomer to get it right sometimes and practice makes perfect so even though this groomer didnt' do so well the first time I came back a second time and still not great. Yet I came back once more and believe me it will be the last. This time she has costed me a huge vet bill as she has injured my dog. My dog was fine when I dropped him off and when I come back he was scared and bleeding terribly. Even worse she refused to take any responsibility for the accident. Also all the times I have dealt with her she becomes very argumentative on how "she wants your pet groomed" not how you want your pet groomed. I can see if it's free but if your paying her for a job well done it should be done how you prefer. Other than the bad statements I've made, The good news is that she is a very nice lady, she gives your pet a nice scarf and a treat afterwards and I know that grooming is a hard job because I've tried doing it myself to save money and is a really tough task. But after this last run I can never trust this woman again.

I just experienced the most horrible customer service. I showed up for my dogs appointment and was treated horribly. She told me on the phone to come in at noon. When I arrived there she told me it was at 2 and told me I will have to wait a minute very rudely, and that she had multiple dogs right now and didn’t have time for what I had scheduled. The way I look at it, I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. All I did was show up to my appointment and she was clearly frustrated and took that out on me. I will not be going back, nor refer any business her way.

My wife and I have two standard poodles. We scheduled their groom at Blackfoot Pet Grooming based on feedback from friends and family. After 2 re-schedules from the owner we decided to go take our business elsewhere. Nobody has time to sit around to know if they can take their dogs to the groomers.

The lady there did a great job clipping my companion pets toenails she didn't want to sit still for it but she did it quick and not any pain or suffering on my dog's part

My dog never got groomed because I left after waiting for 15 minutes past the appointment time. I had other places I needed to be. When a business owner makes an appointment with me I expect them to be there at the appointment time.
