I'm a little behind on reviewing Jesse and his team at The Appliance Co. They came out to do a repair on the dishwasher and were thorough in communication and letting me know what to anticipate with the timeline and work, as well as what options I had. When I called with questions after the work was completed, they were quick to address them. Overall, great customer service that helps when you have unexpected issues around the house. I also recommended them to my coworker who had questions about his range and he's had a great experience with the Appliance Co as well.

My washing machine broke on Sunday. The door wouldn't unlock and I had a bunch of wet, washed clothes in the washing machine. I called The Appliance Company on Monday morning feeling very stressed. A technician came out on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and ordered the part. On Wednesday I got a call the part was in and my washing machine was fixed on Thursday. Zack, the technician that fixed my washing machine, kept me aware the whole time of what was going on and even put my clothes in the dryer for me since I was at work. The woman I spoke to on the phone on Monday was also incredibly helpful and made sure someone was able to come out. This was outstanding service!Scott Slonim

We had just moved back to the Wood River Valley when our clothes dryer went out. The Appliance Company was recommended in our area by two contractors and 4 friends before calling them for our repair. We called The Appliance Company and had an appointment scheduled quickly with full explanation of the process, repair person estimated cost of diagnostic as well as applied fees to repair if needed. Billy, the repairman called us ahead of the scheduled window and show up on time. He quickly summarized the issues, estimated costs and shared his view of choices to repair or purchase another dryer given the year and cost of repairs. Extremely satisfied with the service we had two days ago. Telephone follow up was what I expect, and service was scheduled promptly. In addition, Justin arrived ahead of schedule with a "heads up" phone call, and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. I had an ice maker problem in my refrigerator. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received. The scheduling was very easy. The appointed time for repair fit my schedule perfectly and was timely. The repairman was A+. He explained what the original problem was and what he did to fix it. He cleaned up everything as if nothing had happened at all. Accepted my credit card for payment and was out the door in no time at all.

We had a water hose under our fridge massively leaking water and flooding our kitchen. I called The Appliance Co first thing and they were able to come out quickly and help out. There was a part that needed to be ordered so they had to come back a second time. They didn't bill me until all the work was done. Everyone I encountered was courteous, kind, and punctual. The administrator who coordinates scheduling even called me one evening around 5:45 to update me on the status of my part that was on order. They went above and beyond to help us out and I will be using The Appliance Co for all our future appliance needs in our house. I can't recommend this company enough.

I so highly recommended this amazing company. My refrigerator went out, so I called this company and Salena answered the phone. I explained to her my fridge wasn’t cooling/working and that I had family coming in the following week, so I was hoping I could get it fixed or let me know if it was a goner. She immediately called the technician, called me back and said he was able to come later that evening after his other appts or the following morning. I had them come the following morning; they came right when they said they’d be there (didn’t have to wait long or miss work that day)! Bill Lee and his coworker diagnosed the problem quickly, immediately ordered the part I needed, next day delivery, and Bill Lee said he’d come at the end of his day the next day (a Friday night), saying he didn’t want me to be without a working fridge over the weekend. I love this company! Well he came at 5:30pm on Friday and ended up having to spend a couple hours getting the part in, resplicing wires, etc. but my fridge was fixed! And he explained everything he was doing. Such a lovely guy, and they really have that amazing customer service you hope for when you’re at the mercy of something that breaks down and needs fixing. I called and scheduled service for a squeaky dryer after identifying the part and need myself. I told them the part that was needed when told there was a $95 diagnostic fee per appliance. They showed up and then charged me $95 for a diagnostic that told me what I told them, and then proceeded to charge me another $395 to put in the part...which is more than half the price of a new dryer.Service: Dryer repair

Called for a dishwasher service in January 2021. The lady on the phone told they couldn't send anyone out until March. Really!?! Is there even that many appliances in the valley to be backlogged that long? Might be time to hire more workers if your business is that busy.
