Let me start by saying the new manager verbally harassed and attempted to threaten physical violence onto one of my friends via messages through texts.Fired an employee for taking sick leave due to her medical conditions. Refused to issue her paycheck within 48 hours of written and verbal as stated by Idaho law.The store is always a mess, nothing is ever on the shelves.Highly not recommended.

The new girl was very friendly. But what killed me was the fact the manager (could be assistant manager) sat there very loudly complaining about other employees and customers instead of helping the customers in line. There were about 10 people waiting at check out as she counted the other drawer very slowly complaining about her job. I will start taking my money else where. If you don't like your job find a new one but until then be happy you get a paycheck.

Horrible. I know places are short staffed but they could of put a sign on the door that said that they were closed to restock. Then a lady finally put a sign on the door after an hour saying unloading truck will open when ready which then she said could be another hour. I had to tell about 30 people within an hour that they were closed. Employees are always grouchy.

RIDICULOUS customer service. Employee was loudly complaining how annoying the customers were being (for ringing the service bell at the counter). She was stocking some shelves and throwing the product around instead of hanging it or shelving it. She was ridiculously rude at the counter as well and on the phone. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life, i even had to verbally tell her to calm down her response was for me not to be rude to her! This store is disgusting. Always seems dirty and unorganized with boxes and u-boats everywhere and recovery never properly done. I used to work at that same store when it opened in 2010 as an assistant manager and i know what's expected out of their employees so i'm shocked to see this is how the store is being run. I never complain but this store visit was so appalling i had to say something. Who ever the DISTRICT manager is has to start paying attention and do something about it.

This store is great for their prices in our expensive little resort town. I don't know if I've ever seen a store with such horrible customer service, I always have to stand at the counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone shows up and then when they do they throw stuff off the the counter and all around. Pretty sure they're always tweaked out, I can't stand going here unfortunately they are the only store on this side of the valley that's open but my god how this store has stayed open is beyond me, in all honesty it's worth waiting till the next day or driving to twin to shop, this store is a dump and minus possibly one of the workers they are horrible.update place is still a dump ran by tweakers.

i was just trying to by my child some juice and the woman working at the cash register called me and i quote “big bodied, ping pong paddle looking mom” end quote . then proceeded to say my baby “low- key” looks like Dr. phil with down syndrome.

Was in today one person at register with a line of people waiting. She had to do a return and needed the other lady to come up to give her pass code. When she came up she was yelling that she has been on the register all day she is busy doing totes. Rude to coworkers is not ok in a store full of people. The store is always dirty freight all over not put away. Maybe if they paid more and respected each other it would be a better place to work. God do I miss Kings.

so i was with my cousins at family dollar in bellevue. we were waiting for our aunt and this staff memeber that works there starts yelling at us to stop being loud. we weren’t even being loud. we were just laughing. is it bad to laugh now? well anyways i recommend to never go there again. that lady was being mean to us for no reason.

The clerk was very rude and told me to f.o. The clerk never acknowledged that she was there until I rang the bell one too many times. I will never walk into f.d.in Bellevue Idaho. Haven't since that inncident and the general manager in Shoshone would never call me back. Sorry but can not justify spending money at a business and lining their pockets when they have horrible customer service.

While Family Dollar is typically a place filled with good items for your and the family that are not readily available in near proximity I would not recommend going there. If you are a POC and a ally DON'T SHOP HERE. there have been stories of racial profiling and unjust, ignorant, racism involved with employees. I'm only giving them one star because I'm forced to in order to post.

This evening I went to the family dollar with my friends just to buy nail polish. The “manager” or an amployee was smoking outside, smelled really bad and gave us a dirty look as we walked in. We walked in and bought our stuff. When we were at the register she awkwardly stood in between two of us as the other one was paying. She asked us rudely to EMPTY our pockets. And I asked “our pockets?” and she said “no not you, you are not wearing baggy clothes. Don’t feel offended I always do this to people.”We find this very disrespectful and very OFFENSIVE specially cuz we are Mexican! It’s very unnecesary to asked someone just because they are wearing bagging clothes and them thinking we are “stealing” stuff when are NOT. Never going there again unless they hire new employees.

It is filthy as you approach, with cigarette butts everywhere, broken stones on front of building and trash outside. It's a disgrace. And you should feel lucky to get service, if they are done talking about last night!

The store manager was not wearing a mask, so therefore her employees minus one wasn't wearing a mask. It's mandatory that people wear masks in blaine County, which is where this store resides. There needs to be more enforcement by the corporation.

I went to family dollar this morning. Super rude. Paid with my Credit card and got cash back. The lady who was at the cash register said “you need to ask first before getting cash back.” Said this to me in a rude voice. I said. “Maybe you should have a sign that says if you want cash back ask.” She said other rude things to me that was unacceptable. I ask to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager. I asked “ and what’s your name?” She said “KAREN want me to spell it out for you” gosh, How rude, and being the manager talking to your customers like that is unacceptable... very unprofessional being the “manager” never going back again.

although i get along with most of Bellevue's workers while paying this one kid black hair and quite was commenting on one of the customers weight and heath it discussed me how he was talking about them TO THERE FACE they where young about 17 and 13 its not okay to comment on someones weight

I was talking with my cousins and one of the staff was being really rude and racist to us and we were just laughing and she yelled at us to get out of the store and was calling us really mean/ racist names I would recommend to never come here
