Staff at this store are incredibly rude and not at all customer service oriented - at least in the "Customer Service" desk, which is beyond disappointing. I guess you can get away with whatever you want when there isn't another grocery store for 20 miles. We attempted to return a rug doctor, in noticably better condition than when it was rented to us and we were refused a deposit return.

ALWAYS the cleanest, nicest, friendliest grocery stores in the area. The staff takes pride in there work! We stopped for deli lunch. Prices are reasonable. Great job! The "1" in Super 1 Foods does stand for something...won't miss a 12hr sale!

Nice clean store. I love their organic section. I also love that I can get my groceries and home repair items in one trip 24/7. The kombucha on tap is good as well. They also fill beer growlers. Can't wait for the pharmacy to open. Staff has also been friendly and helpful.

Nice clean store, plenty of parking, employees are always very helpful and friendly. It is delight to shop here. Their produce dept. sometimes offers organic which is important to my family. They even have a well stocked hardware store here, and children's ice cream cones for 25 cents.

They just built this Market by my daughter and Idaho. It's lovely it's clean and they have a terrific variety of items. I was so glad to see the market as I come and see my daughter once a year and I'm so happy for her. I'll definitely revisit the store next year and hopefully they build more stores near there.

Great little store. Awesome it was open 24 hours! We went camping and our fridge went out so our food spoiled and we needed more. Place had a good selection and decent prices; staff was very friendly too.

The store has great deals but if you are perfume sensitive, this may not be the best store for you. I can't return to this store. The perfume scent was so bad I had an asthma attack and got a headache. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. If you can handle the scents, this is an excellent store for saving money! The prices are awesome!

I totally love Super One Foods stores in general, but this is the GREATEST one ever! They always have what I need, with fantastic organic selections, gluten free options (more than any other store like it that I know!), locally raised items, and all at decent prices! Add to that a hardware store in the same building; it really is a wonderful thing to have up here in Athol.

This has become my favorite supermarket. All the staff is super friendly. They have great sales throughout the store. The Ace Hardware store inside has fair prices and saves me time and money of not having to drive to CDA. The chicken dinner special from their hot bar is delicious and a great value. Don't miss the real ice cream cones for 50¢.

I have been loyal to Super One for 24 years. The new store needs to figure out how to get checkers to not act like sour milk. Other than that.. great job on the design.

For the most part, we are thrilled Super 1 Foods is in Athol, we'd been waiting for 16.5 years for it to arrive. What I didn't like/appreciate is when the produce has been in the store too long and it goes on sale at a great price, case in point, sweet onions, I bought 5 or 6, and 2 days later, they all start to go bad, starting to soften and rot at the end, opposite of the root end. We had to think fast for a menu for the week to use up the onions we had left, we ended up throwing out at least 1. They are very expensive at regular price, a price we can't afford, so it's rare that we get them. We'll I guess it will be even more rare, I will never buy them on sale again.

This is a brand new store at exit 449 and it has everything from organic food, house supplies, alcohol and grills. This is also a great place to shop and sit snd eat some food too. I do recomend going here for your shopping if you forgot anything on your vacation. We love that we discovered this store.

Great addition to the athol area, courteous help and a great selection of beers. The Ace hardware section has a great selection of things and so far has not let me down with what I need. Deli makes good food and we look forward to Chinese night on Fridays at the buffet section.

My boyfriend and i stopped in for lunch while hes working up here. The staff is very friendly and there wasnt one employee that wasn't smiling which is always a plus. I felt like the deli food was a little spendy, and needed more options for to go sauces. If we didnt have only a few minutes or to eat in the car it wouldnt have been an issue. But all in allhad a great experience. I will definitely be returning in the future

Store is good, but the bakers in the bakery need more practice. Croissants are small and undercooked. Butterflake rolls are misshapen, like the dough was put in the pans wrong. Cakes look good but the flavor falls short.

It's not a home Depot by any means. But they don't advertise it as such. For a small hardware store, they have a lot of household tools and replacement parts to fix really any small home project. It's a great place

Very nice new store. Love the layout and goods presentation. The hot bar with seating at the deli is a great addition. Plus I think they have WiFi.

Great, convenient location with a big selection of grocery goods and there's a big Ace hardware inside also. I took away 1 star because the deli workers need a bit more training and hospitality.

Everything under one roof. Our first choice over other stores. We live 12 miles from Ponderay WM and 12 miles from this Ace/Super One. No traffic problems heading south to this great store.

Ok, I went in needing a weed eater string, Steven a young Ace associate, took mater's into his own hands and took this thing apart, using store tools. He went above and beyond. I hope he at least gets some kind of recognition. He is a talented young man.

Great opening day! The Athol Super One is HUGE, with a great wine, organic, health food and hardware section! A beer growler and Kombucha bar. Nice! I'm so excited to have Super One in the North end of the county!
