They are so sweet to always answer my questions. The vet never makes me feel like less then a person as he answers probably questions I should know. He always makes me feel important and that my problems are worth his time. He and his wife are some of the very best people I have ever met.

Dr. Kleal and his wife Sue are very nice, professional, gentle, and, best of all, skilled and knowledgeable. My kitties' exams, surgeries, and vaccinations have all gone amazingly well, even tho I'm a worrywort kind of Kitty Mommy. Furthermore, calls for advice are helpful and comforting. I'm so glad we have them!

If I could give a zero, I would do so. In town for a few days and found our dog has an ear infection. Saw there was a vet and thought we would try and get him seen. My husband called and left a message carefully providing his return number as requested. An hour and a half later we had not heard back so I called in hopes we could get him some help. When I said that I was calling back since my husband hadn't heard back yet the lady rudely interupted and laughingly said; "Well yeah! The reason I didn't call back us because I don't have a vet in." REALLY?! We don't bother with a return courtesy call to let us know so we can see if we can find other resources? Poor customer care. Very disappointed. Would not have written a review without the rude ladies response. Would have completely understood and let it go and sought other means if care.

Our vet is top notch. He is very professional and does an amazing job everytime we've had pet needs. Secretary is also very professional and caring. We won't take our pets anywhere else.

Doctor is very personable. I'm told he is more for large animals, ie; horses, cattle, etc. However I brought my little Jack Russell terrier to have her teeth pulled, and he recommended treatment for her skin allergies and she hasn't had trouble since. Thank you Cleel.

Got my puppy fixed last week and then she had another issue today and they were great! They were kind and fair priced! So happy to have them in Arco!

We just closed on a property in Idaho and needed to have one of our 13 year old dogs examined because she was exhibiting signs of stress. We just had everyone checked out two days before traveling, so we thought it might be altitude related — better safe than sorry.Turns out our dog was in distress! From two severe valve murmurs, and an infection. Dr Hill basically saved her life! The fact that our very fancy vet in PA missed the heart murmurs for 13 years is something else.This is a no nonsense, small town, veterinary clinic run by an extremely smart, compassionate old-school doctor and his wife. If you’re anywhere near the Arco area, Dr. Hill is the one you want to look after your pet’s health.
