We are so grateful to Felipe and Bob who helped us figure out our engine oil issue on 7/23 while on our way east to Yellowstone. Both were so professional, kind, and provided great service for something that could have been stressful. We had planned to drop off a thank you card on our way back until realizing the store was closed on Sundays. Thank you so so much to manager Felipe, mechanic Bob, and the Napa Auto team!!!

Needed a code reader for my friend's car. Hoped they had one we could borrow. They didn't. Had to buy one. Boo for them, since my friend had to buy a code reader to make sure it was safe to keep going, he didn't purchase the more expensive part he could have used to fix the problem. I know some other parts stores have readers you can borrow. Won't recommend them.

The parts people were very helpful. The store is a little chaotic so it is best just to ask for what you need. But they have a large inventory which is really nice!!
