This family ran business is great. I almost want to write a bad review so I can have them all to my self. But there reputation will grow because they do such a good job. I have several beef done and everyone of them were just how I asked. Quality meat is my number 1 butcher… 5 stars is not enough.

I have used Quality Meats for my steers for a few years now and have been very impressed with the quality of the cut and wrapping, the customer service, and the communication with this butcher shop. My clients have also been happy with the meat and continue to order from us. Took 2 elk and while the kid was really quick about getting them hung his grandma came in to watch while she smoked. Raved about how she liked elk meat and then said "If you're missing a few steaks that'll be why." Pretty sure thats where some of our meat went as we didn't get what we should have. Quoted a price for salami and jerky. Came to pick up meat and was given a different price almost 3 times for salami/jerky. Salami was so full of peppercorn it was inedible. Awful.

I had a whole pig butchered here, we expected more. We were missing the tenderloins and we asked for pork belly roast but it was all sliced which has ended up being useless for the recipes my girlfriend had planned. We also didn't receive the bones we requested from the pig.

USDA approved. And they got me in when no one else could. Easy to work with and great home town people.

The meat tastes spoiled. The only reason it was done here was because the original butcher was only taking a certain amount of customers. We will never have them do another cow. Worse meat we have ever had. Don’t waste your money.
