I would stay away from this place at all costs, as this place has no integrity. They sold us expired puppy vaccines/ parvo shots. Then when we callef to confront them about it They told us the manufacturer told them they were still good for 6 months past the expiration date. We then immediately callef the manufacturer and were told they would never say that. If they are willing to put puppies' lives at risk, what else? Then when we called back they told us they would refund us for the unused vaccines. We were on the puppies second round of shots and out of the 12 we bought only a couple were unused before noticing they were expired. So we decided not to return the last couple and fear they would sell them to somebody else.

The service is excellent. They are friendly and helpful and load everything into your truck for you. I really like everyone at Waimea Feed. The problems are that they rarely answer the phone or you get a message that "this mailbox is not accepting messages" when you call. I live 30 minutes away and that brings me to the other problem. I don't want to drive that far only to learn that they are out of what I need. Which is often or most of the time. When they get a container in, they have ranches come and buy most of the hay or feed and that leaves none for anyone else until another container arrives which can be weeks later.

I've tried calling this place for a week now...no answer... sometimes I hear weird beeps before the line goes dead. I can't seem to get through to them no matter what. I don't want to make a two hour drive just to find out they don't have what I want.
