Well-stocked natural foods grocery store with prices appropriate to the area of the island. It was good to see fresh local produce, locally made chocolates and some teas available amongst the selection of food & household items here. There’s a nice assortment of bulk dry goods, too. (Reduce plastic usage & bring your own container or bag!)

The staff were plenty nice, nothing like the experience some people are describing. However the store is pretty small, so the variety of products is pretty thin, and the shelves were not super well stocked. It reminds me of more like 4 years ago at the beginning of the pandemic when things were hard to keep in stock. To be fair, I'm comparing to other natural foods stores in the islands... I don't expect it to be supermarket scale. Prices are high even by island standards.

They literally have maple syrup for $50. Very pricey. And their produce is often pretty bad. Apples are all bruised , potatoes are old.They have good products, just bad prices. Theft prices. I like their sandwiches.

If you are going to run a beauty section with testers, I advise you hire a person who can actually help customers instead of being rude! I was sampling a clearly marked tester and instead of getting help, was accused by the only staff member there, a middle aged woman wearing glasses (7/28/23), of using products that were meant for sale. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this was totally unacceptable and witnessed by my husband who was appalled! She then asked me to show her the bottle that I used instead of trusting me after I walked away, and continued her rude attitude toward me. I walked out without buying what I wanted. Sad because I especially want to help small businesses and had already purchased things from many of the other struggling businesses in the area. ***Kindness toward customers goes a long way!

My family and I went shopping here to buy some groceries after heading to the farmer’s market next door and this employee started harassing us because we weren’t wearing the “right” type of mask. He even told that “you don’t even have to shop here since you have different views” and even called the police on us. Terrible customer service, overpriced products and employees definitely need more training. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Just go to the farmers market nearby

Love to order sandwhiches/soups and drinks as they are delicious. Fresh produce are okay. Nuts/grains/flours that you bag yourself are great. Frozen items are slso good. 😊 But, I do not buy items on shelf in boxes as twice products were bad 😕 So if you do need product, open after paying to ck if it went bad. Other staff are helpful.

Walked in the other day and an employee told me and my partner that we weren’t wearing “the right type of mask”. They made us put on disposable, single-use masks.There are much nicer health food stores on the island that I would much rather spend my money at. Will be going elsewhere.

I love this store, always helpful. Today I asked if they had Date syurp? Cashier called for someone to help me immediately, he took me to where it would be for future reference (mahalo) but said you don't carry it anymore. But said you would have date sugar later? You have The best team.

Bought an shea butter product that was old and hardened when I opened it. Took it back w receipt but it was a few days past the 30 days for return (my bad). The lady in the vitamin/ cosmetic area seemed extremely irritated, blamed me for the product going bad, and at first refused to return the product , but then said I could replace it with exactly the same item. She was sour, annoyed, and unfriendly. There was only one on the shelf, and I mistakenly didnt open it on the spot. When I got it home , it was rock hard and not usable, just like the other one. I decided to eat the $20 and threw it in the trash. I went another day, about a month later, to purchase vitamins and supplements. The lady at the desk was on her phone for most of the time while I shopped. I did not feel comfortable asking her questions. When she finally looked up as another customer approached her desk, I dared to ask a question about a product. In an unfriendly and short manner, she answered and I was able to finish shopping. Never a hello, can I help you, or thank you for shopping. No aloha. I will never shop here again. Customer service doesn't cost a penny. A smile is free.

I recently purchased some Protein Powder from this store. I brought it home and opened it up and it smelled rancid to me and didn't taste like the other containers I previously purchased. I did not have my receipt, unfortunately, but went in to see if the Manager would work with me on a possible exchange. She was unfriendly, negative, defensive and in no way was going to help me out. I even offered to print out my online bank statement that had my purchase. Nope, she wouldn't have any of it. Didn't say she was sorry, just no. Because of the way she handled the situation, I will not be shopping at this store again. I can get the same products in Kona which is what I plan on doing. OR, order online and save about $10!!!

Visited to buy drinks to eat lunch. This is not an ordinary convenience store or supermarket. This is a food store with a somewhat strange selection of products.
