This is by far the worst Pharmacy in Hawaii. The employees are rude. They always make excuses why prescriptions are not filled on time. Absolutely horrible place to get your prescriptions. I don’t know why Corporate has not done something to rectify this ongoing issue with this Pharmacy. The employees are so rude. It’s imperative that medications are filled on time and it’s one excuse after another why they are not filled for instance they say they have to contact your doctor when it’s a ongoing prescription it’s just horrible horrible, horrible do not go there because actually, your life depends on vital medication and they are nothing but liars, it’s repulsive. Absolutely disgusting.!!!! Shame on Corporate for not looking into the many complaints! same thing goes on at the target CVS in Kona. The bottom line it’s Corporate’s fault and one day I’m sure they’ll be a lawsuit when people don’t get their medication that’s due and vital for our health.. One resolution is after so many years with Longs, I’m going to transfer to Costco.

I cannot tell you how much I HATE WITH A PASSION, coming here for prescriptions. Every time I go (almost monthly), the ladies are SO sassy and rude. Their service is absolutely awful!!!!! I got automated text messages saying my prescriptions are available, but when I go to pick it up they didn’t have it ready and they told me I should’ve called them before coming in and it was my fault for not confirming first. Seriously?!? So this time I called to confirm it’s ready before going over and the girl gives me attitude on the phone because it’s been ready for 3 days and she starts having a conversation with someone else tells me to come get it already and then hangs up on me. WTH, their service is ridiculous! Then they gave my son meds to someone else! Grrrr! Now I can never get them to pick up the phone! I hate this pharmacy so much! Go ANYWHERE else if you can!!!!
