The pharmacist at this location in exhausting! I'm over him. He doesn't care, doesn't follow up, makes you feel like you are bothering him, and acts like he doesn't want to work there. KTA is a better pharmacy, and I have moved over there for everything.

My son got sick, so my doctor in Las Vegas had to send a prescription to my local pharmacy and then the cvs in Hawaii could transfer my prescriptions. It took several calls but my kid is on his way to recovery. My doctor told me they could send prescriptions to Hawaii but everything worked out. Great service, friendly staff.

Local nurse practitioner, here. Impossible for my elderly patients to get crucial medicines. No reasonable window hours and long indoor lines for immunocompromised and wheelchair bound patients, often being told their medication are not ready after hours-long waits in que. Rude when providers advocate. CVS has a duty to the community that they are failing.

Lines can get long during the day (shortage of stuff). Be prepared to wait at least 30-60 minutes. Dont even try to call during the day, as nobody will pick up the phone.However if you do eventually go through the system, they will do their job, fill your prescription or what ever needed. Just dont expect to have the same level of customer service as you might be used to from the mainland.

Very slow, pharmacists write you off and won’t refill unless you tell them they are wrong according to the DEA and state policy. They push store policy as law. Despicable. Aren’t they ditching this for drive thru health care?

They’ll tell you it’s “illegal” but rather a stupid store policy. I checked with the DEA to find out whether or not they were BSing me. They just want you to go away. They also used insurance won’t cover when it was due so they could fill the next day. If they were busy why not just tell me so I can transfer to another store? #Liars

Do not, do not, do not use this place for covid tests. You’ll be waiting well past the promised 2 days, like we currently are. Go anywhere else, or else you’ll spend hundreds of dollars rebooking hotels, cars, and flights. Shame on the state of HI for keeping CVS as an approved partner when they can’t stick to the required timelines.

The store was a bit of a mess, possibly undergoing a renovation. They had everything I needed and the cashier was very friendly.

Ridiculously slow to fill prescriptions, even when their telephone system says a prescription is already ready. The pharmacy tech at the counter seems dead inside.

This place needs help!! They have too much on their plates!! Unable to meet their med refill deadlines. Sitting in longs now for 2 hrs waiting for medical that suppose have been ready yesterday!! Over all rating 000

Took me 10 days to get a prescription. Impossible to get a live human on the phone. Pick another pharmacy.
