I never review things online but this is my favorite store in Waimea (maybe even all of Big Island) & I can’t understand the bad reviews. This place carries the coolest vintage Hawaiiana, they know what they have and price accordingly but I never feel like it’s outrageous for what it is. The women I have met here have been friendly without being overly hover-y while I browse. If you love vintage check out this store.

Lots of very cool jewelry, dishes and other stuff. My husband bought me a wonderful mid century modern necklace for Christmas. No problems with the sales woman. She helped when I asked.

I was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Granted the shop did have nice items, I wouldn’t purchase anything from the rude lady. DONT GO IN!! I was having a good day before I walked in. I walked out and just have to wonder why people treat each other so poorly. Mahalo to the rude lady in this shop.

Just wow. I was excited to find an antique store right up my alley, jewelry, art, and vintage clothing. But how could I shop if I was completely ignored by the lady who was at the desk. Beyond rude and incredibly upsetting.

I guess won’t sell to haoles. Offered to buy a very expensive item—she responded by quoting a price that was double what the tag said. I’d have still bought it, though, but the saleswoman’s next response was—in unprovoked rudeness—to say she wouldn’t bother getting up from her chair to get it down because she didn’t have a ladder to reach it. ( I could’ve easily reached it with a broomstick.) I even offered to come back the next day so she could get a ladder—and she said “are you serious?” When I said yes, her response was to laugh and again say she didn’t have a ladder. Amazing. Obviously just didn’t want to sell to me—for no reason. Do not shop here.

Never open when it say it will open. Doesnt value customer time or money. Avoid at all costs yall. I tried to give this business a chance. What a waste! Should be called "antiques, byeeeeee!"
