This was the best vet experience I’ve ever had honestly. They were able to get me in last minute for a drop-off appointment, contact my vet from the mainland, and get my kitty in and out efficiently. The staff are friendly, helpful, young people. There weren’t any gimmicks or expensive fees. They reply quickly by phone. Can’t say enough good things, they totally saved my day.

The Staff are great! We felt very welcomed and comfortable! Our visit was very pleasant! Dr Morrison (sorry if mispelled) is very knowledgable and took really good care of my four-legged baby, Wahine. We are definitely recommending him!

Wailuku Pet Clinic is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Lester is honestly the best vet my baby bonbon has had in the 12 years i've had her (and on multiple islands). He is compassionate, incredibly educated and just plain awesome at what he does, and they're staffed with the kindest, most patient and capable individuals you could possibly ask for. My baby had a myriad of symptoms pop up over the last few months and they have taken such amazing care of her each and every time we came in (including when she needed to be put under to have teeth pulled). I am beyond grateful and I know bonbon is too. <3 They will love your babies as much as you do.

We left our dog Kiki at the clinic for a week for boarding while on vacation. The staff is amazing, Nancy and Jaylyn took photos and emailed us on vacation. They were so happy to have her and gave her lots of love. She was walked several times a day and you can feel the genuine kindness and aloha as soon as you walk through the door. Big Mahalo for offering this service. We will be back again on our next vacation.

The absolute best vet on Maui. You won’t find better pet care on Maui than Wailuku Pet Clinic. They are loving, kind, knowledgeable, affordable and will treat you and your pets like family.We by chance ran across Wailuku Pet Clinic when looking for help with our Doberman puppy’s ears. They had the experience and expertise for the ear care she needed. We took her there and we thought that would just be a few time visits and we’d return to our regular vet. However, our positive interactions with them encouraged us to bring our other pets to Wailuku Pet Clinic as well. We are willing to make the drive from upcountry, they are that incredible. We’ve also been to 4 different veterinary offices on Maui and Wailuku Pet Clinic is hands down, the absolute best place.They’ve always treated us and our pets great, for all our routine visits, shots, check-ups, but when we had an emergency with one of our fur babies, we realized that Wailuku Pet Clinic is not just a regular veterinary office, they are like a family. And now we are a part of that family.One of our three-year-old fur babies became suddenly ill and we thought we were going to lose her. Dr. Lester and his team went out of their way to immediately get us in to be seen and provide medical care for her, including emergency exploratory surgery. It was a really rough time for our family, as she spent a week under intensive supervision and medical care following her surgery. According to medical studies, she had a less than 40% chance of recovering from her diagnosis and the treatment required, which was beyond devastating to us. However, in addition to Dr. Lester’s incredible medical knowledge and expertise, we believe whole heartedly that the love, dedication and compassion they showed our fur baby and our family, is what influenced her miracle recovery. We cannot thank them enough for the way they treated her, and us. From the constant communication, allowing us to visit and accommodating our schedules, information they provided us, the hugs they gave us every time we came and went, and the true love and care they showed us and our fur baby.Although she still has a long road to recovery, it is amazing now, after spending a week living there with them, how happy she is to return there for her check-ups and visits. You would think she would be scared to go back, however she cries with excitement when we pull in the parking lot, just as she does when we go to the beach—go figure. We walk in the front door and she heads right to “her room” and wags her nub when she sees Dr. Lester. She responds to Robbin’s laugh and knows when Brittany is going to give her medication. She loved her walks with Jaylyn and everytime she hears Nancy’s voice she perks up and is ready to go!Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to everyone at Wailuku Pet Clinic. Dr. Lester, Nancy, Robbin, Brittany, Jaylyn, and Joyce, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for the love you gave our fur baby and for taking such good care of us too, every step of the way.

We’ve been coming here she since the previous vet owners who we also liked a lot. Happy that Dr. Lester took over and renovated the waiting area as well as the rooms. Wish they still had boarding for dogs. The staff is always so kind and pleasant. Dr. Lester is great.

Update Aug 2021:You know you've found a wonderful vet when your dog is excited to go, and practically drags you to the front door!Aug 2020: Dr. Lester and his staff are wonderful people! They listen, and patiently answer my crazy questions. They also show such care and love to my little diva of a pup. Can't recommend them enough.

Wailuku Pet Clinic was highly recommended by a trustworthy friend, so happy I trusted her recommendation.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Now as for Dr. Lester, where do I start. First of all, i am beyond grateful he’s here on Maui. I found my forever veterinarian. He sat on the floor with my lab to access her for it would have been too difficult and probably not safe as I would imagine, to put her up on the table for she’s an elderly big girl with arthritis. Hands on gentle, informative, knowledgeable and NOT there to convince you that multiple lab tests and medications are needed. He explains everything, and gives you options. I do highly recommend you take his knowledgeable advice.Hope he plans to stay here on maui for good! I am beyond impressed with my experience meeting Dr. Lester and staff. Highly recommend WPC , hands down the best clinic I’ve been too, and I’ve been to a few other clinics in the past. My favorite veterinarian Dr. Owen has moved away so now that I’ve found Dr. Lester , I’m staying here for sure!Thank you WPC for an amazing service for our fur babies ♥️

I have been overwhelmingly impressed by this vet and his entire staff. They really care, and take the time to listen, pay attention, and respond. Dr. Lester diagnosed my dog's heart condition years ago, when the other vets missed it (he was right), and he took care my other dog's issue so quickly and easily. It's been a real pleasure to take my dogs to Wailuku Pet Clinic, they really keep it personal but still professional.

The entire staff is amazing and truly cares about our pets ❤️ Dr. Lester has been extremely accommodating with helping me with a chronic condition my pup has and has gone above and beyond to help me fill a prescription when I could not drive to the other side to get it. Wailuku Pet Clinic is awesome. The staff is exceptional and do whatever it takes to take care of your pets needs. Dr Lester and Dr Morrison are two of the best vets I've ever had to work with. My dog Huney is everything to me and each the times when I've had to take her in and I was in a panic the whole staff is very comforting and they care for her as if she was one of their own. I have used this vet for many years now, under previous ownership with Dr. Morrison and recently with Dr. Lester. The previous staff with Dr. M were very responsive and very good with follow through and communication; Dr. Morrison himself was amazing with my animals, especially the nervous ones who he seemed to be able to calm down and get their annual visits completed without any drama. Dr. Lester is caring and also very good, explains things very well and does try to save you a buck if that is what you need. I do have an issue with the communication level from his staff though, on multiple occasions now I have experienced bad service: once while waiting for test results, which I was told would be by end of day so I would know whether to provide medication to my pet or not, never received this medical update from them and when I called back the next day was told, "doc had an emergency he had to run to and it is ok to give the pet their meds" and another occasion when I left a message for an appointment, received no phone call back. Perhaps there is an issue with their phone system? It just seems that their communication could use some improvement.

Our newly adopted cat had dental issues that needed to be taken care of and after exams with two other vets we decided to go with Wailuku Pet Clinic. They took great care of our cat and helped us resolve other issues she had beside her teeth. Not to mention the cost of her care was very reasonable. The doctor and staff are super informative and very professional. Definitely staying with Wailuku Pet Clinic!

Caring, patient staff who are willing to work with you and your pets needs. I have 3 dogs who all are treated very well at this clinic. Dr. Morrison and Dr. Lester are both experienced and listen to your needs and are more than willing to take the time necessary to help your pet get comfortable so that they can benefit from their expert care. Nancy at the front desk is always charming and the vet staff gals are all very gentle and know exactly how to handle your pet so they receive the best care. I took my dog in for a second opinion dental exam. Jared came out a minute after I called to checked in. He is very welcoming, friendly, and professional to me and was very sweet and gentle with my dog. He gave me a page to fill out. By the time I was done filling out the paper, I got a phone call from Dr. Lester. He went over a few things very pleasant and informatively.He said everything is fine. Then a few moments later, Jared came out with my dog went over some of the paperwork and we were on our way. Best vet visit I have had. Thank you so much Jared and Dr. Lester! I can tell you guys really care about the animals and the people that you encounter with. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

My favorite thing about his clinic is the staff ! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming.. to me and my pup !The have great hours! I love that Saturdays are and option. The are quick to answer the phones and have a monthly discount on different things each month.We've been going here for years and we are very happy.

My older dog, Grace, was having seizures all night long. This was a first for her. I put her in the car and drove to the Wailuku Pet Clinic. On the way I telephoned them to inform them of my emergency. I was told they didn't have an opening but she would ask the vet. She came back and told me the vet said they were double booked and would not help me. It is times like that when you realize who is really there to help your animal or just in it for the money. They let me down when I needed them most and could not possibly have hurt me more. I will never go to or refer anyone to Wailuku Pet Clinic. And, I will never forget Dr. Lester's dismissal of Grace and me. Grace died one hour later.

The entire staff of Wailuku Pet Clinic has always been very helpful and friendly! The veterinarians are always very thorough with our two dogs. They also have a monthly special that really helps bring down the cost of your bill :) I would definitely recommend them as a great place for your pets.

A lot of times finding a good veterinarian is like finding a good mechanic. It's not just how well they'll fix your car (or dog), but also trusting they're telling you the right things and not just trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Every time I've come here, the doctors have taken great care of my dog and I NEVER feel like they're recommending a bunch of procedures for the sake of turning a quick buck. Highly recommend!

Called the clinic just as they were opening. Our little pooch was severely limping and wouldn't walk. The clinic let us know Dr. Lester already had a full schedule and was doing surgery right at that time. But..... if we dropped off Cuba before 9am (it was 8am) that they would fit him in. We did just that. Headed back home. As we pulled into our driveway, Dr. Lester called to let us know what was wrong and that we could pick up Cuba along with some medication. We turned right around. It was very kind of Dr. Lester to take that look at Cuba between the surgery and seeing his regular schedule of patients. Great staff!

Friendly staff! What I appreciate most about Wailuku Pet Clinic is that the doctors and technicians take their time to explain at-home care. This was especially helpful when my dog had an infected bite wound that needed draining. It was a stressful time, and knowing that I had all the information I needed to care for my pet helped the healing process go by easier.Also, the clinic recently started offering "Petly Plans" to help keep down the costs of preventive care. Super thankful for this! :)

I chose this Clinic after reading positive reviews on several different sites. I've been there several times and the staff and Vet have always been very friendly and caring. My dog was recently spayed, everything went fine, she was almost back to normal next day.I wish I felt this way about Kaiser!

Not happy with the professionalism of this office,!! I called yesterday to ask about getting my dog a consult and the fee since I noticed the new patient discount online. I was scheduled for today and took my dog in and charged twice the price that I was quoted, I tried to explain to the girl but she kept saying she was giving me a discount and I was explaining the other girl yesterday quoted me a price, but she wouldn't listen.!! I would recommend getting in writing any price that you're quoted! I won't be going back!
