We've been taking our little guy to Big Waggle for years. This was our first appointment since Alyssa took over. We are SUPER happy! She was excellent with communication, really cared, asked all the proper questions and did a phenomenal job. One of our best experiences yet. We have a very handsome & happy pooch! We strongly recommend Alyssa- just be warned, she is in high demand, but well worth the wait. 🤩

We are so bummed to not be using big waggle anymore. We had been taking our golden doodle for over 3 years until they recently switched management. Highly DO NOT recommend bringing your dogs here. Cancelled our appointment 5 minutes before his scheduled time that I made 6 weeks prior with Alyssa on the phone, I got the call as my husband was driving him there. No heads up. Claimed that Charlie would be too aggressive even though she has never groomed him before. Was just assuming based off the type of dog he is and his notes say he growls when ears being touched. Didn’t even give our sweet pup a try. It was very unprofessional, rude, and no heads up to find a new groomer. If Charlie doesn’t get groomed every few weeks, he gets extremely matted and unfortunately she put us in an awful position where we have had to wait another 6 weeks to get into another groomer. We understand safety is a priority but why run a grooming business if you can’t handle dogs? Raised prices, inexperienced owner, lack of communication , doesn’t seem knowledgeable on animals, unprofessional with no thoughtfulness as how this affects Charlie for the next 6 weeks. Been hearing so many complaints now that they have switched ownership. Save your money and time and don’t come to big waggle as it probably won’t last! Unfortunate that this great business had a turn over and now is awful.

I have been to several different dog Groomers and I found this place to be the Very Best.The lady who owns the Big Waggles Dog Grooming Salon her name is Alyssa she bought Big Waggles Grooming Salon and I took her today on August 23rd , 2023 and I was very happy with the way Angel looks and Angel loves the new Owner and I take her there every 6 weeks.I highly recommend for anyone who has a dog to take them toBig Waggles Dog Grooming Salon you definitely will be happy with how your dog looks and how happy they are you have taken them there.

My big dog HATES the Petco groomers, but when I took him to Big Waggle he wasn't aggressive at all. My little dog loves going there too. Owner and staff are professional and they actually love your pups! Highly recommend 🐶

They did an awesome job on our Lily. We took her to other groomers and they would say they couldn't do much but we still had to pay the full price. Big Waggle Grooming did exactly what we asked for. Will definitely go back.

Trimming a fluffy wiggle worm is quite the challenge. After 10 years of avoiding the groomers who want to shave and cut him up according to their lack of skills and impatience with said hairy wiggle worm, Cloe is a Godsend. She listened to my needs, was in tune with Sugars sensitivity and did a beautiful job. No excuses for an unkempt Maltese with Cloe on tap.Thanks so much.

These Ladies at Salty dog do a fantastic grooming on your dogs. I take a Labradoodle there, she looks like a rug when she goes in and a Princess when she comes out. I highly recommend these groomers. Just got her spruced up for Thanksgiving.

Update: They didn't respond to messages. One visit, my dog was left with cut marks on his testies.Great service and communication. Was happy with the dog grooming.
