Totally a diamond in the rough! I would drive here if I lived all the way on the other side of the island. Not even joking! We loved this vet more than any other office we’ve ever used. They were so thoughtful and caring from the minute we walked in. Our poor London needed several teeth removed and one of his dewclaws taken out as well. They helped us all along the way and we felt more than welcome; not only by the aides and techs, but by the Dr.’s as well. Dr. Collier is amazing.We made the mistake of not returning here when we moved further away and regret it. London is fine, we just wish we would’ve taken him to Waianae Vet Clinic instead!RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMENDP.S. my doggo London said he recommends too! RUFF RUFF 🐾 🐶

I've had a few appointments with the clinic for my dogs who somehow got bad rashes whenever they came back from playing in the yard. Apparently, the causes were either the grass and flowers or the food we were feeding them. Once we cut the grass and changed brands, they begun to look and feel better. The staffs are always friendly and considerate of the animals and dog owners.

Honestly this vet clinic has shown the most compassion ever. Down to the vet and techs getting on the floor with my sick pup. They are honestly the best. They are also very reasonably priced. Dont be discouraged by the metal bars on the outside. They take care. ❤️

We have been visiting this clinic for over eleven years with outstanding service for our two dogs, a Border Collie and Mix Terrier. As the dogs become older and develop medical problems Dr. Collier was very helpful in obtaining medications and referrals for more complicated issues that could not be handled at the Waianae Veterinary Clinic.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is always courteous and professional. My dog is always very well taken care of when she has to go. She was just in for dental work, and the veterinarian and staff took great care and informed me when we could pick her up.

Brought in feral cat that I feed in garage. It is suffering from diarrhea next appointment is next week. Next week one of the vets check stool sample and says hook worms, pay 100. for visit and some powder thanks. Next day dr. collier calls and says another parasite found in stool come back pay for more ineffective med and container for follow up check. Brought in follow up sample said cat no improvement but no call back. They’ve been ok in the past but I’ll make my prompt payments elsewhere.

I can't believe it I have been taking my Pet's to Waianae veterinarian clinic for decades however when I went this week for my dog to have teeth pulled Kim who as a staff member was very rude I won't go into details about things but as I got ready to leave I said have a great day and she said I will now . I was leaving she's going to have a great day and I was just dropping my pet off. I decided all the money that we spend there I would change Vets. I do not recommend you go there you have to deal with rude employees. Dr. Collier however, is a good Dr. Very Professional.

What is there NOT to like about Dr Collier and her staff. They are professional at what they do in a warm and caring manner. Besides helping us keep track of the shot requirements of our 15 or so cats, they try to accommodate any of them when there is an emergency. They follow up with a phone call a day or two later to see whether our cat is responding to treatment. Great experience, great service.

I've been using this Vet for a number of years and have always been satisfied. The receptionists, Techs and Dr's are all pleasant and helpful. Always willing to answer my questions and discuss any issues. Very caring and loving with our pets. Really like this clinic.

Great staff, griendly, love animals, knowledge. Dr. Collier is superb. I have had 4 dogs expertly taken care of there. Fees r reasonable. 1/2 the cost of the Vet we used to go in Honolulu. Can't day enough great things about them.

Edited: if you have to put your dog down because they have grown old and it's time, this is the best place to go ..it's worth every penny they are kind they are empathetic and they tell you to take your time in saying goodbye five stars 10 stars if I could..The staff are always so friendly at the Waianae Veterinary. I buy prescription dog food for my dogs digestive care & they always have it

Great place to take your animals, I take both my fur babies here for regular check up and small emergencies. They are friendly and also remember me and my pups by name. Always trying to give us the best prices. An always have everything I need or could want. An if they dont offer a service they have a great recommendations list.

Waianae Vets is the best. And that is not just because they are the only Veterinarian on the West side, Dr. Collier is very well versed and compassionate to our furry babies. And the babies knows this.

I would give 5 stars, but it can be hard to get an appointment. The reason why is because I believe there are 2 vets here, but only 1 working on any given day. If there could be 2 or 3 vets working each day, that would really help. Other than that, I really like bringing my animals here to see Dr. Collier. She is very good with animals, thorough and knowledgeable. The prices are quite reasonable, and the vet does everything right there in the exam room with you present, instead of taking your pet in the back room. I have been to several vet clinics where they insist on taking my pet away to a back room, and won't let me be present. I don't like that at all.

Such a wonderful group of people that work here from the ladies at the front desk to the vet techs in back and the veterinarian, you can tell they love what they do and of course love the animals too, prices were good 👍 Jema and Mango have found their forever vet❤

They helped me rescue my baby many years ago, she was so sick when I found her and brought her in they didn't even charge for the visit, they figured she wouldn't make the night, but when she did they helped me rehab her into a healthy beautiful girl. A small clinic owned by Dr. Collier with a personable staff that is knowledgeable of what families need to care for pets. I take all my dogs here for OFA radiographs. She is excellent and good with large breeds. They are able to do hips, elbows, heart etc..all very reasonable prices, probably the best in the island and positioning is excellent!

going to Waianae veterinarian clinic for over 20 years and they're taking great care of my cats they are loving and compassionate and the older stuff that I felt would have been great and those are my best experience with the original people that have been there I'm not quite as happy with me or employees but it's still a great place to get the best care with the doctors and the staff that are there

This vet is not after money...she truly cares about your animals AND the people that own them. She's often answered questions over the phone to help us avoid costly office visits. We highly recommend her and the practice. Mahalo!
