Do you know, that if you donʻt provide a number for your rewards, (or your elderly father cannot remember the beginning prefix of their telephone number) the cashier will generously put in her own personal phone number to benefit on your spending? I cannot believe the audacity people have. Some people have NO CLASS and that lady is definitely number one on my list! #slumming

Very poor customer service. Very rude don't treat customer as a criminal if you don't know your customer's. If you a manager and a customer ask for assistance with an item help the customer. Not yell at your cashiers CAN SOMEBODY GET THE KEYS! The guy try to rip the battery off. Here the manager on Friday had the keys. Not good period. If no more customers you don't get paid.

As always, any CVS Long’s Drugs I visit is always clean, friendly, and items readily accessible and/or available. As a west side resident, I am especially fond of the Waianae Store because the people who work there treat you as if they know you as a friend for years. I love that!

This is my favorite Waianae location. The other Longs I visit is awesome too, but this one is really easy to get in and out of no matter if you are coming from the West or the East. They have plenty of parking. It's easy to navigate around. They are open 24 hours, which is awesome. You can get gas or grab a Starbucks coffee all in the same convenient area, or some fast food, etc... They have great sections in this store for snacks, school supplies, grocery and more. You can pretty much do all of your grocery shopping here and they constantly have sales. Make sure you use your CVS app and add deals to your CVS card. They give away free cash and all kinds of items like today - vitamin water... all the time. All of the cashiers and the people in the pharmacy are fantastic and nice, amazingly helpful. Great place all the way around.

Well organized and diverse selection of food, medical, gifts, etc. Is good for one stop shopping. Easy parking. Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond. Prices are reasonable given that there isn’t much competition around. Plan on waiting to checkout (there is typically only one cashier). I’ve never brought in a backpack or large bag, but I’ve heard they will ask you to check it at the front.

Parking lot is easy to get in and out of, plenty of parks. Employee's are usually friendly and helpful. Like that they have more cashier's working then most Walmarts. Small selection of fruit and vegetables is also nice. Store is clean and organized.

very rude will never shop here again. everything is much more expensive here. head phone the junk one range $10-$20. drinks you pay .50 -$1.00 more for a single can. this is a buisness that should shut down i would rather go and drive 10 miles extra just for a bar of soap than buy at this place. I do most of my shopping at tamuras which is 2 min away. sack and save is much farther but rather go shoping there. Went here today because car broke down took the bus to buy personal hygiene stuff had 1 person at register 6 people in line. Other staff walking around. i put that stuff away and left. if you bring a bag make sure you leave it with the staff or they will assume your stealing. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN

On a numerous amount of occasions, my friend and I noticed they racially discriminate teens from Nanakuli. Doesn’t matter how polite you can be, from previous encounters there’s a few incredibly rude workers. Putting our bags behind their desk is perfectly fine, a great ethic to avoid shop lifters, but biting the head off bag owners as soon as they walk in isn’t pleasant. “HEY, BAGS BEHIND THE COUNTER!” Geesh I’m sorry y’all don’t have a sign up. I have no idea why a few of the workers live up to Waianae’s vicious stereotypes and that’s absolutely unacceptably pathetic. When teenagers walk in stores, making visible unececady smirks aren’t quite appriciated, it’d be best if y’all just disregarded our appearance, and treat us like actual customers. Be mature for this establishment. I do hope I’m able to change this review in the future, sadly I doubt they’ll excel from their lowered standards and stereotypical expectations.

I want to thank BRITTANY that works at the pharmacy for helping me tonight! I went in to pick up my sons prescription and I had a problem with my sons medical card so she told me the medicine was $30 out of pocket and I only had $20 with me. As I turned my back she stopped me and told me about the discount I could get if I signed up. So I signed up and the medicine came out to $10! She made my night and I'm thankful that she cared and helped. Thanks BRIT!

I know they have to deal with a lot of crazies from this community, and I feel sorry for the workers, but don't lower standards of hygiene for the rest of us: a person of questionable social standards and her three (3) dogs were let in the store to "shop." The dogs had flies surrounding them, and you could smell them as soon as you walked in the store. I thought there was a law about only service animals allowed. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Pharmacist is real cocky, tried talking to him on the phone and just kept saying he had to go. Couldn’t even have the decency to help explain to me why Nanakuli longs takes my insurance and why they didn’t. Once I said I’m changing pharmacies he said okay go ahead. Don’t go here!!

The pharmacy staff have some issues. Always have a problem when I go there. They'll let you wait 2 hours before notifying you that they don't have or they don't carry the medications. I would only go to Longs Pharmacy as my last resort. They don't carry a lot of the medications that I require.

When waiting for a pain medication after a procedure Walmart took an hour. Long’s took 15 minutes after a procedure. Always efficient always friendly!

This Longs Drugs is larger than the Nanakuli store and has a much larger selection. If Nanakuli does not have what you're looking for, consider the <5 minute drive to Waianae.
