Their prices are the best on the island I've seen for a convenience store. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. And their hot food is phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

Ultra clean store, a literal army of adolescents sweeping, restocking inventory and always a polite "Hello", as you enter, but something is missing..There's nothing that stands out, that is, other than the cleanliness of the store and the orderliness of the shelves, there's no single food item on the menu that calls to you.The selection is "meh" at best!Great people, great service but it's No Alicia's market,Mokueia St ,Hnl, that's for sure!Turn key operation with very hard workers at best!

The location has been home to a corner store for as long as I can remember. This spot has been completely revamped and is a huge improvement. Lots of parking. Prices are great, and food is good.Great spot to stop on your way out of Hilo, or make the trip to get some food.

My biggest regret about this place was not buying another burger!!! OH MY GOD! It was one of the juiciest burgers I've ever consumed. No mayo needed, impressed, and underestimated it. Great job

Great store heading out of hilo to honokaa. Clean . Got everything you need . I only wish they had public restroom to use. I was visiting from guam 🇬🇺 in September n my baby needed lavatory.

Love this place!Their wraps and sandwiches are always incredibly fresh.Please please please start selling hats with the kitty shaka logo on them. I would buy a whole bunch!!!

Formerly Pinky's, great store. I'm not sure if they take EBT/SNAP but the staff and current owner is very friendly. Kimura's have given life back to Papaikou.

Quality spot! Good people that smile, tasty food that’s reasonably priced, and a convenient location. Grateful to have a neighborhood store ran by these folks.

Bought a tossed salad one day and it was frozen. The meat was bad, the tomato and cucumber bad from being frozen and I got sick. The dressing was good but not worth getting sick. Bought a squid taco salad a week later and got violently ill. I bought a laulau and the pork was over cooked to mask the fact that it was bad. That was the last time I decided to go after getting sick...AGAIN!! 3 strikes rule all the way. Also the manager Naomi would not refund nor do anything to compensate. Not even any compassion for the fact I was sick.The third time was the ONLY time I complained and ide been coming in since the store opened only a few months ago. The manager was also very rude/almost angry at ME... 😲 I'm appalled by her behavior and that she had turned it'll around on me. So upsetting. Just don't buy any fresh food they will do nothing for you.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon when it was really jamming in there. Wanted a musubi but they were already sold out (must be good). I did score a delicious cup of fresh coffee that was reasonably priced. I'll be back a little earlier to try the musubi. The girls working there were super friendly.

I live in Pepeekeo and this sore used to be called Pinky's.. it has been completely renovated, their prices are very reasonable and they couldn't be nicer. I have Arthritis and the cashier even helped me to my car... 5 Stars ....
