Absolutely amazing poke bowls!! Both gluten free and regular options were phenomenal. At first, I was sad to see the bed of lettuce (don’t be fooled). I had a bite, then another, followed by another. I was so concerned with my kids wanting another bite (they’re not big fish eaters - and of course they loved it!). So I devoured that plate like it was my last meal. Will definitely be coming back. Coffee and ice cream were great as well. Kids approved! Picture of the Hawaiian poke plate (gluten free).Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options!

It’s a little restaurant with picnic tables only in front patio—the rest of store is the kitchen. It’s very small we came 10 minutes before closing starving from full day drive returning from Hana tour.I ordered poke. What they’re famous for. My friend doesn’t like raw fish do she ordered chicken shoyu.My poke was 4.5 stars I loved it all. I think I ordered the California The fresh poke was on bed of fresh lettuce perfectly seasoned and two scoops of rice with furikake. Seasoning. YumThe shoyu chicken on the other handless not good maybe 2stars it tasted like sugared soy sauce and seemed like it was „boiled“ we were starving. It was good enough

Order at counter - a few tables outside. They do have customer parking (bonus) but the real plus is the food. I had the poke bowl - so much food and super fresh and tasty.I had the Hawaiian sauce. Prefer spicy but wanted to try a local flavor.The shave ice is as big as a babies head lolIt looked good and a lot of folks were enjoying it.😋

The best poke bowl I’ve ever eaten. We got the Hawaiian poke bowl which was seriously delicious, best food I’ve had on Maui, and possibly ever. The fish was so fresh and delicious. The salad was soo good, the sauce on the salad is perfection. The fresh avocado makes it so good. The rice on the side is so good. My husband and I devoured this dish. I would eat it again and again. The shave ice was also really good. I got the guava, pineapple and watermelon flavors with sweet cream which was yummy. We went here because I saw it Guy Fieri’s Hawaii show. Fantastic!! 1000/10 recommend.

I was really looking forward to trying the shave ice at Tobi’s. The day prior, I had noticed they offer natural kiwi flavor, an option I hadn’t seen this far. We came back that night, but they closed earlier than I had realized.We drove through town the next day, so I decided to stop. When I looked closer at the menu, I realized that they charge $1 for the natural flavors. You can get up to 3 flavors, so if you want to stick with the natural options, it’s an extra $1 per flavor.I decided to stick with kiwi anyway. My wife was interested in the sour grape, so I ordered that as well. The kiwi was bland, and the sour grape, well, in my opinion, it was just grape, not tart whatsoever.I can’t speak to the poke, and maybe that’s where this place shines. But if you’re looking for shave ice, there are at least two other places in Paia that offer a better experience.

Great quick spot for some shave ice! The poke bowls looked really good too, I’d come back to try it. The syrups tasted super fresh and everything was delicious. I recommend the passion fruit, guava, and coconut. Mango was a little sour for my taste.

Such a lovely spot to make a quick stop!Line was long, but they move fast! The whole staff is super friendly and accommodating! You might wait for a table and for your food just a bit - but worth it!We had poke and shaved iced and both were great - just bummed I forgot my condensed milk on my shaved ice

OMG~ it was so delicious!! Must try destination!Paia area is always busy with visitors and it could give you a bit of headache to find a parking spot. We parked at public parking lots and paid $6 for 2 hours. Then, we found out that this restaurant has their own parking lot! I decided to share this information with other visitors 🙂 The service was Really nice and they have three tables in front and two in the back!

Got the Ahi Poke Plate with the Tsunami sauce and HOT DAMN! The fish was incredibly fresh, soft, and tender. Perfect combo of sweet, creamy, with a little spice. The wonton chips gave it a nice little crunch, the green onion and onion gave it a nice fresh level of flavor. The rice was also perfectly cooked. If you’re in the mood for poke and in the area would highly recommend.

This place was delicious.I really enjoyed the way the plate was set. Back home (Cali) I’m use to customizing everything I want in the plate so this was a change. Just choose the finish.The shave ice melted as soon as I got it. It’s hot and humid but then it made for the perfect drink / shave ice. Hahaha.Really small lot behind the restaurant and lots of little shops nearby. No restroom.Spent $28

Saw this place on Guy Fieri's Maui Adventure episodes and had to make the stop. Was definitely worth it, friendly, helpful staff and the poke platter was delicious and well worth the reasonable price of under $20. They don't skimp on the portions.Don't miss this great stop while in Maui, and if you don't like poke. Try the chicken platter, my wife loved it and did chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Staff was super nice and offered suggestions on my gluten free requests. Parking in back, which is a bonus. We had the ahi poke plate and the ahi burger which also came with a bag of chips. Portions were typical and prices were fair and average ($16 each plate). Would recommend for a quick bite. My daughter and I stopped here after doing the road to Hana. There is parking behind the building.The small size shaved ice is a very generous portion. We both got our shaved ice with ice cream at the bottom.The young ladies were working hard to close the store, but took our order even 10 minutes before closing. They were both very friendly. Daughter and I both liked the music they were playing.The ice cream was fantastic and the Tiger Blood flavor was fantastic. My daughter and I agreed the shaved ice was slightly more granular then other places. On this vacation we both become shaved ice snobs.Im giving Tobi’s a 5 and recommend you check it out.

Only hype and not that great.Poke was decent and not worth the hype and reviews you see online. The service not that great.At the end we ordered coffee and the lady asked for flavors. When we asked for what flavors they have, she asked us to read from the outside board.But there are no flavors written on board and we told her. She had nothing to say.Just an okay experience.
