This is a great store, great staff! They Usually always have what I need! Prices can be al ittle higher, but as far out as they are, it’s understandable!! 🤙🤙 the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly! Most of the time at the big box store, the staff are dumb as rocks! It is usually better to sop on your on than to ask for help! Not here!!! The staff will help you with a smile! Always look forward to shopping here! 🤙🤙

The Ocean View Hawaii location of Ace Hardware is very good rural area store. They always have a great selection of products even though they are not nearly as large as the 2 big conglomerate stores. I like Ace because they are locally owned franchises. This branch has had seemingly the same staff over the last 5 years. This means that every employee is able to answer questions satisfactorily and direct me to the location of products I may be looking for. Very good business.

Best ACE in the area - ALL employees here are awesome. Better inventory than the ACE in Naalehu. They almost always have what I'm looking for, and I'm usually surprised to find competitive pricing.

A lot of amazing products you wouldn't expect at that price and then also the items that are definitely overpriced but not for the area. So overall a very good store, especially that it's the only one in at least a 15-30 mi radius. Check it out, it's worth it.

Prices high, but not abnormal for Hawaii and the daily cost of living, and it saves a 50 Mile drive to Kona. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly, just like the commercial says. A joy and pleasure to do business with.

My local Ace. Higher priced than lowes or home depot but it's closer to home and for smaller items it's great! They are all helpful and no question is too dumb for them! Shout out to Jash! Always willing to go that extra bit with questions on your project to help it go smoother and sometimes you don't have to have that expensive bit.

Always friendly, always helpful! The store keeps a vast array of supplies in stock from plumbing & electrical to household cleaning and cookware. Lumber, gardening supplies, paint, and advice on projects are all offered in this great store.

This sounds stupid but I was needing some fertilizer. All I had was laundry change. Quarters. The clerk was super nice. Said no worries! I shop there pretty often. Their ALWAYS nice to people. Old and young are treated with respect. I'm getting older I love to see people enjoy their profession. Ace employees you are professionals and friends. Aloha Love to All!

For a small local hardware store, these guys are awesome. A lot of the prices are even competitive with Home depot. On the stuff that is more spendy, I figure it is like paying for shipping or delivery and worth it to me. Very glad they are in Ocean View.

Nice, clean store with helpful and knowledgeable staff (one of the best jobs in town to work). They have a variety of thing a regular hardware store wouldn’t have—things you might need but don’t know where to find in the local area. They will help you carry your stuff to the car. They even laughed at my dumb joke :).

Sales tactics that the ocean view Ace Hardware representative people there Super 8 are amazing. They collaborate together to solve all of your Hardware needs in very quick and simple processes. The LumberYard has been doubled in size just in the past 10 years and the amazing workers there countless hours unpaid to make sure the store looks as good as it does.

Good inventory of basic hardware needs. Lumber is over priced, but beats driving clear to kona to purchase 1, or 2 2x4's. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also sell propane and gardening supplies.

It may be a hardware store in a rural town in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but this Ace store is the best I have ever been in...
