Very laid back ambiance with a variety of chairs to get comfy in, a TV lounge, board games, friendly vibe. A nice selection of local handicrafts.The drinks are flavorful.“Kīlauea Krack” ( a $10 chocolate coffee drink turbo charged with 6 shots of espresso ) is the Bomb!

Lovely place and hidden gem. The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere in their little seating area is great. So comfortable and chill. We literally just wanted a quick coffee and turned out to be way better than expected.Parking: Some spots in front. If busy, there are also some spaces between the gas station and the coffee house.

As a coffee lover from Alaska who has been drinking crafted beans for 30 years, their coffee and setting are worth the stop. I ordered a Vanilla Latte which was smooth, and rich tasting beans, that had a depth of flavor as well as a pleasing after taste. I went there two day's in a row.Their baristas are intelligent, and share where the beans come from. Their gift store features local literature, the incredible Advocado Butter, jewelry, pottery, and Swedish dishcloths. The barristas are kind, considerate and knowledgeable about coffee. It is well worth the stop.

Do you know how good this place is? So good that when you only have 10 days on the island and you're not staying anywhere near town, and you STILL make it here twice. The people are so friendly. We felt so welcomed and so at home. And the drinks - YUM! The drinks are so excellent. Do yourself a favor and make sure you stop by here at least once. On your way to Punalu'u Bake Shop or the Green Sands Beach or the southernmost point, or the Volcano National Park, or on your way from one end of the island to the other. Whatever your journey, make this a pitstop (or two). Well worth it!! Thank you, Nani & Aleio! ❤️❤️

Really really good coffee - a nice local coffee shop. I asked them about how to see the lava and the girl and guy working were super nice and helpful. The girl was super cute too. Should have probably asked for her number. Oh and good chocolate chip cookie here too. Paid $5 for coffee and a cookie. Great spot!

Honua's is a charming setting in a quaint town and with excellent lattes (what I ordered) and service. I have training in coffee roasting and was definitely impressed! I also met 2 locals who added even more to the wonderful experience of stopping there several times during my recent stay.

Stopped here by chance as our daughter got car sick. Stepped out of the vehicle and smelt the coffee so we went in and bought a hot coffee, iced coffee and cookies. All of it just absolutely amazing and awesome service. Definitely stopping here again if we come back this way.If you drive by I suggest you take a few minutes to stop here.

seriously the best iced coffee I've ever had. unfortunately you can't buy the beans, the farm sells exclusive to coffee shops. Go try it! also amazing, friendly staff and owner. They sell some very cool air plant glass hanging planters, I want.

Outstanding - great coffee, food and service. Had the raspberry mocha valentine's day special which was incredible. Amazing vegan options - lemon cake, macadamia nut milk (amongst many other milk options). Love it!
