Petsmart Nimitz is where me, my hb, and our 2YO bully shop at, and we like it so much. We go here to buy Arcadia Trail because we hike together very often in the Oahu mountains. We also buy Solid Gold, Wiggles&Wags Bake Shop, and other things. Everytime we visit, they have deals on these brands like buy 3 get 1 free or buy 1 get one 25% off, etc. You can also easily accumulate rewards pts if you sign up quickly for Treats™️ Rewards loyalty program. Literally, you give them your cell # and/or email and punch it in every visit in person or online and rack up points for a future discount. Our bully is on a raw diet, but we still buy baked treats with minimal ingredients so we can have treats to grab easily without refrigeration required. Arcadia Trail is fantastic quality for outdoor gear (we also buy Ruffwear online) but its cheaper than Ruffwear and it stands up to our pup's rough hiking trips. They make gear I've never seen anywhere else that is so handy and game-changing for outdoor dogs. So we stock up on these brands here. This Petsmart does not discriminate against him (big headed strong pitbull). Yes, we've gone to other "dog places" that don't allow him due to his look. The cashier that usually helps us -young boy w/glasses and neck gaiter- is kind and patient and lets me know when I have rewards points to redeem. Nearly everytime we visit, we get a $2.50 or $5 discount from our rewards pts. They have towels, sanitizer, and a small trash bin at the beginning of several aisles in case your pup has an accident.

Great place for all your pet needs I come here for a lot of fish/bird care products. Friendly environment,nice staff,affordable prices, sales on some items,okay selection on fish make sure to go ealry they do sell out fast. Mililani PetSmart Groomers are THE BEST (and GRACE & ANJA are the Best of the Best) It's always an excellent experience and the Dogs Smiles (I swear!) are a Joy to Behold! I've already booked the next appointments with Grace & Anja. MAHALO! JOB WELL DONE!

We’ve just discovered this location, and we love it! Very helpful staff, a good selection of items, a nice local area, and they do some cool events for the pets. We got free photos taken of our pup with Santa!The membership is free and so worth it! The rewards are cool, but we’ve enjoyed the coupons even more.They also team up with the SPCA to get animals adopted.

Ordered animal food online. Item was ready for pickup within a few minutes. Went into store to pick up order the next day. The store is clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I added 2 more items to my original purchase without any indication of displeasure by the staff helping us. I highly recommend this store.

I come here weekly for my crickets and bloodworms to keep my pets happy and healthy. They always have a good variety of items they do run out on occasion but it’s only been a few times and normally they have it in the next day or two. I also bring my fur baby to the groom salon every 6 weeks or so and they’ve always done an incredible job and leave him looking handsome and clean as can be!

First off let me say, the day started with some bad news from the vet, It's been a tough time for us. Taking her to get groomed, everyone just adoring her made my heart melt, I want all my dog's experiences and moment to be joyful and happy and and they did just that. *Cheryl* did such an amazing job especially with her nails, My dog has really long quicks, Most places barely cut her nails. But my girl Cheryl did her thing! My baby came out the cutest and happy. Thank you so much for turning such a difficult day into A heart-warming one.

After a few failed attempts at finding groomers that could actually deshed/demat and fully dry huskies, I am so happy I found this grooming salon! Grace is our fave groomer, but really everyone in there is so welcoming, patient, and incredible at their jobs! My huge, fluffy pups (they're actually old boys, 13 & 8) are always so well taken care of, and come out looking and smelling amazing! If you have long haired dogs that need shed control, I HIGHLY recommend this grooming salon!

Someone always greets you cheerfully when you walk in, pretty decent selection of products, fair prices (mostly, but you should definitely sign up for their loyalty card for the extra savings). You can bring your pet shopping with you, if they are well-behaved. Trust me, you do NOT want to be "that" person with the crazy psycho kitten that got loose and is on the rampage in aisle 9...did I mention the store has an excellent disaster clean up response team? All that aside, the store is generally clean and well-stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they have convenient hours of operation.

Will make this my go to place!UPDATEHello,I had my dog groomed today ( May 8th, 2019) the $64.00 furninator package with extra brush out at the PetSmart in Miliani, HI. I usually go to Petco but this was closer.I dropped him off around 8:30 and he was finished at 11:20. Almost 3 hours, which is no big deal! But when he came out, he was still super damp and he was shedding more than he was when he came in! I brushed my hand across his back and clumps of hair came out. And again, STILL DAMP. Not fully dried, the groomer Jenny put cologne so he wouldn’t have the wet dog smell.. when he should be dried. I’ve had him groomed multiple times. Never has he still been wet.She also stated he showed his teeth to her when grooming his paws. I was In disbelief! My dog is not aggressive towards people or other dogs, and no other groomer has stated he was slightly aggressive when doing his paws, and he didn’t even clean his fur around his paws like I’m used to at Petco. I’m worried that they weren’t treating him the best because even when I discipline him or leave him with others he never showed his teeth. She was very nice but the quality of the groom was VERY disappointing. I will not be coming back for the grooming services here. $64.00 for a shedding wet dog, such a bad experience.I went home and re brushed him myself!!LAST UPDATE.The manager reached out the same day apologizing and being super sincere. They offered a solution very quickly and professionally. She had GREAT customer service and you can tell that she really cares for the customers and her store.

Very friendly staff and always clean. Only place I buy my Savy’s food and treats. I’m always in and out. Only downside is the parking lot is packed so get there when they open and try to avoid the weekend. It’s located in a big shopping area and offices so parking can be a little hard

Do not buy fish from this store, I always buy from a local store but out of convenience I went here and noticed the fish I bought were dying. I checked my water levels and everything was fine. I removed the fish that I bought and noticed they are covered in Ich. Now my whole tank is covered in Ich.

Super disappointed! I usually go to Pet Smart and I usually have a great experience however I went to Pet Smart 15 minutes before closing which they close at 9:00. I get there and the doors are locked. I call the store, no one answers the phone. Finally after waiting at the front door for 5 minutes and employee walks a customer out as she UNLOCKS the door. I asked if they were closed cause the sign says 9:00, the employee says “you can come in then” and another employee reminds me that the store closes in 10 minutes. I know it closes in 10 minutes. My point is, the store should NOT be locked before store hour ends. The door should be locked at 9:00. It was super annoying!

We've come here twice now for vet appointments for our two adopted kitties. The techs and doctors are super easy to talk to. They are very thorough with regards to asking for detail information and with checking the wellbeing of our kitties. We highly recommend this location for all of your pet care needs.

I did not hesitate giving 5 stars for excellence in customer service, friendly, feeling confident to leave my 2 kittens in the arms of MELISSA*****!!It is my belief that kittens know the arms of safety, confidence and love. They felt, I felt that. MELISSA'S phone and physical presence was apparent. I can't wait to bring my kitties back on a regular basis!!The entire PETSMART staff is friendly and welcoming. They always ask if we need help with anything. My hope is that Petsmart will add a few more services for this Mililani pet community. Thank you PETSMART!!

Always happy to visit this PetSmart. From the genuine greeting as you walk in, to getting help finding various items (this trip I needed a specialty dog food), and the check out process it fast. I've never met an employee at this PetSmart who wasn't very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to shop!

It was a good visit, although it was a busy day. The employees were very helpful. We bought fishes, in other branches we get to choose what fish we want from the goldfish tank, but for this one, the employee that helped us, didn’t even let us choose what fish (the color and size) we were taking in the tank. He just scooped it. It was quite a journey.

Pretty good place. Lots of pet stuff. Nice workers. Grooming is about $80 for a dog. Not bad. Always go here for most of my pet needs. Would give 5 stars if they sold more pets varieties and if it was a little cheaper..

Originally rated this place 5 stars, but a recent visit has made me change it to 3 stars. Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or what, but she did not make the situation better.Essentially we went there to purchase some greenies for our pup, and saw that they were labeled at cheaper price. When we went to purchase it, it rang up as more expensive. We questioned the cashier, and she called into her manager. We overhead the manager say "Just give them that price....uggggghhhh" We later asked what happened, the cashier replied, just be happy we're giving it to you at that price....yikes. The snark in her voice and the customer service was appalling. My wife was not happy, she's not one to leave a bad review.I feel that as a community we complain that people forget how to be people again. We didn't come in with a frown on our face. Just feels like some people need to take a step back and breathe a little. We live nearby and will likely come back, but we definitely did not like our latest experience there.Side note, our 1.5 year old loves looking at the fishes!
