Great to have. Don't have to drive all the way in town to get some wine, few veggies and ibuprofen. Reasonable prices. Everything in the area is very run down, so this blends right in. However we didn't come here to view the store, but the beautiful sunsets and beaches. Thanks for the salami and cheese snacks.

Great store for all the essentials. Prices are better the other store we visited on Kaunakakai when we arrived. Friendly and with that small town charm. Wished they had more fishing gear.

If you're staying on the West side and don't want to make the drive to Kaunakakai, this is a good bet. Don't have meat or much produce with the exception of some frozen goods. Decent bottled/canned beer selection. Prices are pretty much the same as the rest of the island.

This is a great store for those that live / vacation on the west end. We went there quite often during out month on Molokai. Staff is so friendly and there is a great selection of food and liquors, beer and wine.

A great little place out on the west end of Molokai. It has just about any of the essentials you'll need including a good beer, wine and liquor selection. As is the case with all of Maunaloa it is quiet, laid back and quintessentially Hawaiian. A nice low key vibe. Check it out when staying on the west end and save the half hour drive into Kaunakakai, especially when you might have forgotten something at the grocery stores in town.

One of the only grocery stores available on the west end of Molokai. Good place to pick up items you forgot to get at the main grocery store. Main grocery stores are in Kaunakakai, 19 miles from Maunaloa. Maunaloa general store does carry beer and wine and most food items, but not where you necessarily want to do your primary grocery shopping.

Great country store. They sell beer, and spirits, and a little of everything. It's the closest store for us to shop on the west end of Molokai.

Very expensive, freezers were not working, replacement freezers seemed to not be doing a good job. Beer and pupu place and maybe canned goods.

In the context of the Friendly Isle, this was the most grumpy place we walked into. We would not even purchase anything here. Not even a hello from the owner. Not sure how this place even stays in business all these years later.

Prices on most things a quite a bit higher here , so if you need more than a couple things it is cheaper to drive into town..kinda crazy if you consider the cost of fuel here.
