We are in search of the perfect cup of coffee-focusing on cappuccino. One in our party ordered flat white. Perfect milk temperature- taste a bit bitter - lovely and cozy atmosphere with lots of seating possibilities. We did not order anything to eat - but the baked goods smelled lovely. I would definitely come back here !! Excellent coffee !!Parking: Safe and close to the cafe

Posted review with 3 stars: Had a very long wait time for our their “specialty” chai - which was suppose to be pumpkin caramel or something like that. It was very gritty and basically flavorless. Friendly service and the interior is super cute, but won’t be back for any drinks.Edit: Changed my review from 3 to 4 stars because of the amazing response from the CEO! I appreciate the gift certificate and they have some amazing policies in place for to make sure customers feel comfortable giving them a try. I’ll be back in Maui soon and definitely will give this place a second try!

A small café in Makawao, they have beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, the staff is very welcoming. We were in a rush so we took coffee and bagels to go which were delicious. Left us with big smiles.

There was not a long wait. My matcha chai was very delicious and the kind woman taking my order was patient and able to recommend and help me find what I would like. There were also some very beautiful street chickens.Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and they were easily able to offer me substitutions for any dairy that was in it.

Great coffee shop in Makawao, across from Komodas! Vida has a wide selection of gluten free and glutenated baked goods to delight any pallette, as well as excellent coffee drinks.Tables overlooking beautiful ti-leaf terraces are available. This cafe also offers free WiFi!Parking: Find street parking in Makawao if you can. Otherwise, there are several paid lots nearby.

Food poisoning warning- my daughter had breakfast here with a friend last week. They both had the vegan cinnamon roll, and each had a different drink. My daughter had a non-caffeinated Lavender latte with almond milk, which she said tasted awful, but not spoiled. Within several hours she became nauseous, followed by severe illness requiring a trip to the emergency room. Took many days to recover. Over a week later she still has stomach pain and nausea. I called to report to the owner but unfortunately it was not handled appropriately by the staff.

We love this little coffee shop. Coffee is great. Service is always excellent. Had their lilikoi mousse. Wow. Highly recommended. Enjoyed the maca mocha as well, though a bit on the expensive side at nearly $7. The decor is inviting, clean, and relaxed. If the beach wasn't always calling, I could see camping here for a few hours on the device.Went to new location today 12/2/22. Literally best croissant (Lilikoi) and cappuccino I've ever had. Great funky music. Really kind folks. Stoked to know about this place.

Super cute patio and design but pricey pastries that are JUST ok (bagels taste like Costco tbh) our chocolate croissant was stale and watery chocolate... If u come here it's just for the VERY cute atmo (Prefer mana croissants x 10 )

Sip me? Well, ok - I will, and boy am I ever happy to have followed those simple instructions, prompting me to order a large hot morning beverage one fine morning in Makawao. I'd have to say out of all the cafes I've tried on island, Sip Me is the freshest. Not just in the drinks department, but the pastries and treats as well - you can tell they were all baked fresh and with love. The clean atmosphere and bright decor is a nice touch. The outdoor seating is a great place to enjoy the fresh air as you sip your coffee or tea, but sometimes upcountry is cold, especially in the mornings - so the inside is a great place to have your meeting to go over the final plans on your yoga website or the cottage addition you are having built on the property you inherited. If you thought there were enough cool events being advertised in the front entrance, check out the bulletin board in back for a doorway into the local insiders haps and shin.digs going on in the neighborhood.. always something cool going on in Maui , and Sip Me is one of those places to coordinate, get yourself connected. And this review would not be complete if something wasn't said about the wonderful employees/baristas who hold it down at the front. It can get busy here because it's so good, but the experts behind the counter know how to hustle and they ensure the wait in line is never too long. Go ahead, sip me!

Great vibe and atmosphere inside, they even have a nice outdoor sitting area. I ordered a mocha which I’d give 3.5 stars, good but nothing super special. The special drinks use non fat, order whole if you like. Kids devoured a slice of banana bread. If you like fresh pressed juices a cooler is available.

Terrible coffee place. The service was extremely slow for being not so busy at the time we were there - took 20 mins. Many employees but only one guy making coffee and the rest were chit chatting. Ordered a crossiant and she forgot it was in the oven and burnt it. Coffee wasn’t good either. Skip this place.

Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Have delicious options even if you arn't. Grabbed the dirty chi and it had an awesome kick to it. Have cream, honey, agave, syrup and sugar to add. Had smoothies, juices, teas and a plethora of delicious pastries on display to order. Had a very eco and chic environment. Cute little plants at every table.

We came here three years ago and loved it! The coffee was great and the service was excellent.We revisited yesterday and were surprised that during ordering the service was curt. It seemed like they had had a rough day and just didn’t want to interact with any more customers. They were out of a lot of the items we wanted but we were able to find others to order. The drinks were pretty good. My husband’s americano was good and my iced chai was alright.
