The rental was flawless. They dropped off our rental and picked it up on time. They showed us how to work the slides (very easy) after they set it up. When they picked up the slides, they took it down themselves and loaded it to their vehicle. Flawless right?!?!They also have a variety of slides to choose from.We will rent from them again on our next event. Thank you Shaka Slides!!!

They were awesome and great to work with! The owner even came out to my property to make sure the Jurassic park castle I wanted for my sons party fit in our yard. I ordered the trex dual water slides and the Jurassic park castle they were both clean and well maintained. My son loved it and everyone had so much fun. I love that they had this alarm system to alert us if any of the electrical cords tripped or our generator was out of gas. It gave us an extra layer of safety for our kids. I would definitely recommend using them. They were on time and set up and breakdown was quick. I will definitely be using them again and recommending Shaka Slides to everyone!!

We LOVE Shaka Slides!! They are professional and go above and beyond! They have a fantastic selection to choose from too. We just had an event and everything was perfect from beginning to end from the delivery, to set up, using the bounce houses and them picking them up. It was a great experience! Shaka Slides hands down is the best rental company on island. They are only company that would deliver out to my house in Haiku. Unlike all the other rental company’s wouldn’t go past Jaws Country Store. They are very professional on delivery and the Shaved Ice machine was a hit at my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Mahalo!!! The kids loved both obstacle inflatables!!!! The inflatables were super clean, vibrant colors, and way too much fun! I was amazed with all the safety precautions included... wind meters, bull dog safety alarm, etc. Set up and clean up was great too! We hired Shaka Slides for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and they were so helpful in everything! It was very windy that day but they tucked the slide into the perfect spot and gave us two wind meters to track how fast the wind was blowing. They also gave us extra gas for the generator, just in case. Set up and cleanup was fast and they were very friendly and professional.10/10!!

Shaka Slides is the way to go!! The customer service is amazing, and they really handled everything very professionally. I rented a water slide for my daughter’s birthday and it was super clean + safe - they played on it the ENTIRE time!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect addition to any celebration. I didn’t have to worry about anything with the set up or clean up, and they were very attentive to detail + accommodating to all of my needs! We rented the little Lego combo which was perfect for my son seven year-old birthday party . We were able to use it both dry and wet. Shaka Slides made sure the bouncy house was set up in plenty of time before the start of the party. We had good communication leading up to the event. My son and his friends had a great time. I highly recommend Shaka Slides.

The reservation process online went smoothly. An initial $50 deposit was required during the online process which was great. I really liked that there was an option to pay the balance the day before delivery It gave me the time to collect money from everyone else, being that everyone was chipping in for the reunion party.Communication was very good through the whole process. The jumping castle came hour and a half before scheduled time but that was no problem because we were already there setting up for the party and the early comers with children had something to do while the adults were busy setting up. Safety procedures were communicated well after set up. They showed step-by-step operational instructions for the blower as well as the generator. They left us with a wind meter in the event of steady high wind, what the procedures were for shutting down the jumping castle. Pick up was right on schedule. It went so smoothly. This family run business was great! Positive vibes, positive attitude, great service I would give them more of my business and I highly recommend ‘SHAKA SLIDES MAUI’ Also thumbs up 👍🏽 and Shaka 🤙🏽 on the pricing/cost which was affordable. I work for a hotel housing displaced people following the Maui Wildfires. I reached out to Shaka Slides to see if they would be interesting in donating slides for the keiki. They didn’t hesitate a beat. The same day they brought our 3 inflatables, 2 of their biggest, and set them up for keiki use for the whole weekend. The weekend was filled with smiles and laughter, it was wonderful!
