This is a small CVS that serves the people of Upcountry Maui, not the tourist-ridden shores but the blue-collar people and they do it with care and patience. I was at the pharmacy today and witnessed care and understanding the staff had for customers even though it was close to closing time. I am so happy to have CVS/Longs close by and Shane the manager who is always on the floor helping customers.

My visit today was exceptional! The pharmacy clerk was pleasant, and the new manager of the store was so nice and helpful! He assisted with my discounts, and I received $6 off my purchase! Mahalo again!

Horrible experience, new cashier woman super rude and zero manners, antagonistic! Super heavy set. Rang up a customer 3 separate times and didn’t care I had been waiting a long time just the first time, then rang her up another 2 separate times! Completely disregarding the rest of the people in line and taking forever!Extremely poor customer service and zero manners. I never go to this Longs in Kahului by Whole Foods. The staff is absolutely clueless! But this individual was very nasty! I could tell she was trying to aggravate me on purpose! I came out of a long line bc the next register had a set of 3 ppl in front of me, and they were almost finished paying, but the cashier kept suggesting some stuff, they wouldn’t make up their mind, and had finished paying but she ended up ringing them up 3 different times. When she should’ve said I can ring u up again after this customer!I strongly suggest not coming to this Longs. I’ve always had, for the most part a negative experience! Zero courtesy and zero customer service, not even common sense. Just skip this place! I’ll never go back!!!Not worth the hassle!

Basically owned by CVS it’s the Hawaiian CVS lungs drugs has any food or toiletry or pretty much anything related to healthwise affordable prices plus accessories for houses toys for little kids medication anything for anybody who has pain it’s just such a wonderful place

This is a great little drug store with all your CVS needs. They even sell wine beer and alcohol! The employees are nice and it is pretty clean inside.

Everyone in the pharmacy department who I deal with greets me with a smile, and a courteous and professional manner. I always feel comfortable walking in to either drop off or pick up prescriptions. Highly recommend them!

I had a great shopping experience at Pukalani Longs. Lotasha was AWESOME. Lotasha was friendly and helpful and bagged my items thoughtfully! Lotasha was FAST AND EFFICIENT! THANKS LOTASHA!Update Just shopped this store on 6/9/23. Once again WOWSER! THANKS Louisa S., Manager Tammy for understanding my dilemma immediately... Coupon not found in system but screenshots shown and click click click my discounts were applied. I felt very welcomed and valued as a customer!!! Local "CVS" type drug store here in Maui. There are not many options on the island to begin with. But this one sits at a convenient and reachable location.Came in looking for an SD Card for my camera. (I'm aware a drug store wouldn't be my first or even 100th choice for my camera needs but desperate times call for desperate measures 😆)This location literally had ONE option for an SD Card which was a SanDisk™️ branded card, yuck !Apparently I'm not desperate enough cause I chose to pass on this sole card.Not to mention that many aisles and including specifically the Electronics were bare or had not too many choices. Why dedicate a whole aisle if you don't intend to stock it properly ?Staff seems pleasant and helpful.The shopping strip mall area around the Drug store seems very cool with many eating options and other types of stores and even a Goodwill trailer for donations.Parking here is a pain and the traffic going in and out the parking and around the shopping areas are not ideal.Final Verdict: 3 Stars ! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐*p.s. my rating does not reflect the service of the checkout or the pharmacy or other related medical supplies. Since I didn't actually buying anything here at the end.

Please explain to me how you get off charging $160.00 for medication that costs 4.60 to make and that other places charge under $10. Biggest ripoff pharmacy on island. Please don't spend your hard earned money here.

Great staff especially long time staff employee who joined when CVS first opened their store: “ Shane” , he is always smiling even underneath his mask . Love his optimistic personality. Everyone there are always so friendly , professional and have that great Aloha Spirit! Thank you for being there for us!! Mahalo & Aloha!!

Stopped in today to get passport photos. The manager Shane was working very hard keeping everything in order with the Covid 19 precautions in place and stepped aside and quickly provided us with the photos we needed to update our passports. Thanks for your help Shane

Since I live upcountry it's nice to have Longs right down the street. It's convenient, has good specials and today I called to find out if they have the Tabasco Chocolate. YES! They did carry it!

it seems like the pharmacy staff needs more training in customer service. they are not willing to work with customers and unsympathetic.I was hoping to transfer my prescription here but they were not willing to work with me. I ended up calling another pharmacy and received a much better service.

Convenient location with all your local favorites and a pharmacy. Got our Covid boosters here via walk-in and took about a 10-15 minute wait. Not bad!

Horrible, horrible place! Picked a prescription for my wife yesterday. They gave me the wrong prescription! Went back today, no refund! Their mistake and I pay for it.I will gladly drive down island from now on. If I could rate them at zero I would have!

Always super long wait to check out. Out of 5 registers only 2 open. Employees walking around the store but no one opens more registers. Ridiculous!
