What a great experience, professional and accommodating! I needed my carpet cleaned as I was having renters moving out and new renters moving in. I didn’t have much flexibility in scheduling and they were able to make it happen after making a few phone calls in their tight schedule. Basically I gave them only a 2 day window or I would have to find another cleaner. I’ve never used them before but felt the need to try them purely based on reading the excellent reviews that other customers had left. The crew was very prompt and did a professional job at cleaning my carpet. They took the dirty water that was from their carpet cleaning as other prior cleaners had dumped it on my property. They were also very generous of allowing me to use a special discount coupon they had been promoting! Thank you AAA Superior Cleaning!!! I strongly recommend them! Mahalo to Anna and Airon!

AAA Superior Carpet Cleaning did a great job. Airon was professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. We had some furniture in the room that had to be shifted around as the carpet was cleaned and Airon was able to assist with that. Our carpet came out much cleaner than I had expected and I would definitely hire AAA again the next time we clean our carpets.

It was time for our entire office carpets to be cleaned, especially in the common areas of high foot traffic. We live on the Kam Hwy across from the beach. That means salt air and traffic grime constantly, add in our two big dogs and you can imagine how hard it is to keep everything nice. So at least once a year we invite Airon over to deep clean our couch and he's so good at what he does! It looks and smells like we are a pet free, A/C having, cul-de-sac living, kind of family when he's done. AAA did an awesome job on our XL sectional. We hadn’t had it cleaned it a year so it was dingy, funky and just needed a good clean for dirt, odors, and salt spray. We weren’t happy with the last company we used so we looked on Google. The 5 star reviews for AAA aren’t wrong! Airon sprayed, scrubbed, and cleaned. He even cleaned the dirt on the floor that was behind the couch. I’m really pleased with how clean our couch is and that it’s not funky anymore!!! We’ll be calling him back in 6 months and stay on a regular schedule. They confirm appts via text and send you a message when they are on their way or delayed. I saw a coupon in VALPAK from AAA Superior Carpet so I decided to call them to get carpet cleaning estimates for my wife's parents home and ours.The person who assisted me over the phone was Mari. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. The same day, I received written estimates from Mari via email. The estimates seemed satisfactory (I hadn't gotten other estimates) so I called Mari the next day and arranged to clean my wife's parents home several days later, on 6/2/23.Airon showed up on time and cleaned my wife's parents home. Their carpets had areas that were difficult to clean. Airon offered to work on those harder to clean areas more aggressively but charged an extra fee which we were happy to pay. The job was finished on time but a day later (after the carpets were dry, black dirt stains surfaced and some areas looked worst than before.I have been trying to contact Mari at the business number since 6/1/23 in order to arrange carpet cleaning at my home. Oddly, she has not returned my call.I have tried to contact Airon since 6/2/23 on his mobile phone to ask him about possible follow-up to clean a small area again on my wife's parents home carpet (approximately 100 feet). And, I wanted to inquire about setting up a date to clean my home carpet.Sadly, his only contact was a brief message on 6/7/23 to apologize for not replying cause they were moving to another office. Since, both Airon. And Mari have been MIA.Poor rating due to lack of follow-up. Ratings have been excellent but in my case, service was poor.Service: General carpet cleaning
