This place gets crowded. It's what you should expect because the gas prices are reasonable and it has a pretty good size convenience store as well as a restaurant next door .It does become a bit challenging trying to find an open pump station space to fuel your car up . Also, be careful of the adjoining parking lot. It's an absolute mess. I wouldn't even drive in it!

I eat enjoy the selection of dishes sold at the near by 711 when I can't even make dinner. The gas station workers are polite and there are lots of geckos to class up the place.

Need gas/petrol ⛽ they have it. You pay outside at the pump or inside the 7-11. Most tourists and some locals have an issue because the pump does ask for zip code. It's just the way the pumps are, tricky little buggers. If this happens the pump should tell you to see attendant, simply go inside, wait your turn in line and know what your pump number is.

It is a gas station that is a part of 7-11. I rented 2 vehicles. Afyer paying gas with my card, it wouldn't let me put gas via card outside. It instructed me to see the Cashier. It was because of 2 transactions were being done the same time from the same card. Strange, but okay.

First DEAD ROACH one step in the door. As if that wasn't wrong enough, walking to the orange juice, ANOTHER DEAD ROACH. I HAD TO FIGHT THE URGE TO JUST RUN OUT OF THERE, my boyfriend needed lunch/drinks for his crew. I grab the drinks, head to the bento area, bits of rubbish everywhere! Items looked like they were thrown onto the shelves. I get to bento area, NO BENTOS, ok, it happens, BUTTTT, WADS OF GUM, FOOD WRAPPERS, SPILT SAUCES, WILTED VEGETABLES, FRIED SAIMIN NOODLES, AT THIS POINT, ALARMS IN MY HEAD ARE GOING OFF SHOUTING- GERM/VIRUS/BACTERIA/HAZARDOUS FOR YOUR HEALTH, RUN NOW- But, I needed to get the guys fed. Buuuttt, NO MANAPUA, NO TAQUITOS, NOTHING, NADA, ZIP! So, I'm in line to pay for the drinks, scanning the ground for critters, thhheenn, I hear the cashier on the phone , addressing the person as -babe-... while there is a long line of customers...I normally would've said something to the cashier, but I needed to leave to go find food elsewhere!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

Great little convienence store for travelers on the go. Has a little of everything from basic hygienic supplies to snacks or a quick lunch. I recommend stopping in here as a must do for small souvenirs & gift cards too.

Nice staff, fairly clean, very busy they work hard to keep up. THEY HAVE A BATHROOM so rare on the main island. Fuel prices are competitive no over pricing. Easy access nice parking lot.

we got gas here and it was one of the cheapest in the area compared to Texas. This was a high price right now in Texas. It’s 3.75 gallon when it was $4.75 here.. but honestly, I thought it would be more in Hawaii compared to Texas

Don't expect to do anything quickly when you visit here. they routinely have 10 or more people in line with three employees there and one person or no one at the register. They walk around like they are on Quaaludes and act like the customer should be grateful to get any service at all. they don't acknowledge your presence if they are busy doing something like talking about a schedule change or moseying around straightening something while 15 people patiently wait.

One of the better has stations if you're hungry and need fuel. The workers are helpful and they usually have exactly what I need.It's a 7-11 gas station so know you can find anything a 7-11 in Hawaii carries at this location. 👍🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🦆🔥

This service station was amazing. My life is more complete having refilled my car in the usual manner. I find having visited this service station that I am 3 points more confident and would definitely like to get a dog one day. I ate a fruit salad afterward which was good also. Might now the lawn later. How does one rate a service station? If anyone is looking for a used Honda I know a guy who is selling.

To start off this gas station is very busy and it needs some work put into in it, but it is an okay gas station. It's a good place to stop off for food and a quick fill up for gas. It has exceptional customer service. Overall 76 is an exceptional gas station.

Usually busy unless its after 8 or 9 in the evening. Best place to get fuel. Gas or diesel, they don't have non-ethanol but they do have 7-11 a diner next door plus post office and j hara is right there also.

Customer Service 5 stars all the way!!!!Cashier is the greatest!!! Owners are the best!!!Noticed my safety check was expired, came out of the booth to personally let me know. Came back a few days later to get it done.The woman who did my safety check was prompt and courteous.This is my go to for fuel simply bc of of their excellent customer service!!!!MAHALO 76!!!!

So I woke from dead sleep. Ran in. And forgot my mask! It disnt go well. All I wanted was a soda it was rough. I know rules are rules but sometimes we make mistakes or spur of moment incorrect decisions and boom caused a scuffle... haha kidding but she wasn't nice about it:( and I said sorry a dozen times

Three people working there and 10 or 15 people in line and one person on the register. Get used to waiting. the way they lumber around without any sense of urgency makes me wonder if they are all stoned or just rude. you can smile at me when I'm at the register but if you ignore me for 20 minutes while you're talking about your schedule change it's not good customer service.

00The only area besides Keaau to gas up 7-11 right there, you can use your credit card at the pumps or go into the 7-11 - get snacks if you going on longer drives or just need get small items in 7-11.. everybody love to stop by a a7-11 store. When I first saw this gas station being erected, I was beside myself thinking that they were going to shut down the family jhara business. That is not the case because J Hara store actually runs this gas station as well! Anyways, J Hara supports and offers all the great supplies of any good hardware store. Meanwhile, the gas station and convenience store nearby next door gives you everything you need at a reasonable price. Food items are available and the hours are very nice. I'm grateful for the service and I'm glad they actually upgraded their facility. ♡

Convenient gas station along highway 11, about halfway between Hilo and volcano. Large ample space that is covered if you fill up during a rainfall.... that is if you use your credit card. If you pay cash, bring your umbrella.7-11 has all your favorite drinks and munchies. If you crave doughnuts this particular 7-11 has the absolute best. Other 7-11's doughnuts are dried out and stale.Also if you go early morning before 0800 and she is not having a day off, you will get to see Pamela, my neighbor! She has the brightest smile, extremely knowledgeable, and the best negotiator when dealing with angry indigent persons who camp out behind the store.
