I love the Kula hardware store! they always have such a wide variety of plants available from garden starts to FRUIT TREES!! and they support local! Best place to get all of your gardening and other supplies I recommend it 10/10

Great hardware store with even better people. We have been going there for years and they are super helpful. They have just about everything and it's nice to night have to drive all the way down to Kahului to Home Depot/Lowes. The people make all the difference.

It's really nice that you can ask and get help with all the workers.It's good to have an upcountry hardware store.The parking is the only problem.It's hard to get out coz of the parking structure.Otherwise, a great store.

Best prices for soil on island in my opinion. Great variety of veggie starters, and fruiting trees (apples, plums, coffee, grapes, citrus and avocado to name a few.)The staff here is really nice and there's always someone available to help you vary heavy items to your car.

They were the only ones in town with the flowering plant(Lantanas) that I needed. They were also helpful in finding the type of planter and starter soil I needed for it. Thanks guys!

The quality of plants and garden supplies are great! We use to come down here to buy roses during rose season and to pick up seeds for our vegetable garden. The staff was always helpful.

I'm not sure what side of the bed this guy got up on. I asked for assistance with paint, and as I sat waiting this old guy in a cowboy hat was talking about how all the customers who come here are a bunch of idiots. Swearing and caring on with one of the other younger employees. Horrible! If you don't like your customers then just tell us so we don't come and throw our money away.

Sometimes this is the only place on the island where we can find what we are looking for. The quality of the plants is always good. Unfortunately the staff is not overly warm a lot of the time.

Husband practically lives in the Hardware section. I can never go to the store by myself when visiting my favorite, the Nursery. He always insists on coming!Best part of going is knowing that I can order certain plants and get a follow-up call to tell me either they need again to order or that my plants are in (depending on where I am on their list). Beautiully designed garden and profusion of variety. Herbs are so fresh and loving the soil, as are most of their plants. Good advice on what grows in different micro-climates when asked, and a number of references there at the counter to see if the variety of plant selected grows well where the tree, bush, etc. is to be planted.Rely healivily on their expertise and have never had a bum steer....one needs to ask, however if any doubt or unfamiliarity with the plant, microclimate it is to grow in, etc.. I had purchased one plant on a whim, it died, and I could have prevented that if I had just asked about the climate and soil it was to grow in.Great place! and every bit worth its reputation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I encountered a very rude employee when I stopped to get gas today. Where is the Aloha? She started yelling at me to turn my car around at the pump. I ended up leaving before purchasing any gas. I won’t be stopping by again.

The lady taking the money for gas was extremely rude, telling us to move our car before we could even finish pumping our $50.00 of gas!!! The restrooms were filthy and stinky dirty!!
