I would give this negative stars if i could. I have never had worse customer service. We stopped in to place an order for liquor to shipped home as a gift. We were charged accordingly for the liquor and have no idea if it will be received.We called with questions regarding the order, and were treated extremely poorly on the phone multiple times. We had to stop into the shop a second time to ask about the order and was promised it would be shipped out immediately and we would receive tracking. We have waited over a week for any confirmation. We called again to check on the order and Dan could not have been more rude or uncooperative. He was unwilling to help us every time we went inside or called. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone visiting the island. Drive further away and save yourself time, frustration and money lost. What a disappointment to an otherwise beautiful island.When discussing our poor interaction with locals, it was obvious that Dan is well known for being arrogant, rude and disrespectful to everyone he interacts with.

Fantastic place. My son was proposing to his girlfriend while on vacation in Kauai. I'm in California and wanted to surprise them with her favorite sparkling wine. Dan was able to get 2 bottles in time and create a wonderful basket for them. They also delivered within the timeframe I wanted. Great customer service and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Dan is the absolute worst, and lies on the phone and in person. This is first review I have ever written, specially because of how awful the service was. NEVER go here. There are so many other wonderful people on this island that Dan is not worth interacting with. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else for wine, liquor or marriage licenses. I wish I could give this less than 1 star.

We called in asking them to put together 6 wines for us and gave them a rough idea of what we liked. They were incredible! They did an excellent job of helping us find wine we liked and couldn't have been more friendly about it. While it's more expensive than wine on the mainland, that's to be expected, and it's still a much cheaper option that buying at a resort or at dinner. Highly recommend just giving them a call and trusting their recommendations.

This is a family owned gem! They carry an impressive line up of bourbon/whiskey and all at fair prices. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and their passion for their products is clearly evident. I highly recommend if you’re looking for more solid choices at solid pricing.

Pretty rude. I asked a question, got a snobby non-answer and decided it wasn’t worth buying anything there. Too bad, it looked like they had some nice wines. If only they would have been kind or helpful.

Unfortunately they were secondary on their limited whiskey selection. Would have bought multiple bottles if they were at MSRP... But even a $25 bottle of EC was priced at $42. Not to mention the EHT over double MSRP. I will keep my shopping on the north side.

If you're in to being ignored and then getting rude one answer responses- this is the place for you! The older man with glasses will surely make your experience miserable.Over priced wines, go next door to the market and buy whatever they have, take it somewhere beautiful and drink it there. Hard pass on this one.

Great selection of wines from around the globe. When I was looking for particular type of wine and they didn’t have it, they researched on the spot and were able to suggest a great substitute that was fun to try and great to drink. They listen to your personal story and requests and make suggestions from there. Great place and the family owned wine restaurant next to it is a treat as well. We had the meat and cheese charcuterie board w/ some wine and it was excellent! Don’t miss this spot for a stop. If you like Reislings, try the Ahi Reisling from Selbach of the Mosel Valley!

Solid place to get the wife a few bottles of wine and pick up a few cigars. Too bad the Karen at the local resort didn’t appreciate the smell of them blowing through her condo. You can thank the trade winds for that.... The staff here is local and knows exactly what we need. Stop by to check it out.
