State Farm agents at the local office here on the Big Island in Keaau have always been so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure they are relaying the best customer service possible. Each time I call, they always answer the phone with a friendly greeting.A while back, my truck needed to get repaired. StateFarm got my claim rolling right away, from filing the claim, to getting a rental while my truck was in the shop, to returning my rental and picking up my truck, everything went smoothly.Thank you again State Farm for always being there when I need you all the most. Ms. Julie Seuh is an excellent Insurance agent. We hesitantly went in for our Home and Car Insurance Policy review. Her ability to explain each Policy and make recommended changes was stress free and effective. She went above and beyond regarding our life insurance questions. Her kindness, honesty, and ability to explain with examples for us to relate is an outstanding approach. There was no pressure to purchase an additional Personal Liability Umbrella Policy which is a great “peace of mind” to have. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field. These folks are the best! Jayci, Chandra and Rob always address my insurance needs quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. I have my auto and homeowner's policies through them; there have been a couple of times when there have been complicated issues, like a mortgage getting sold, and they have always made the path smooth. Julie was so incredible. Worked with me too make sure I was properly covered without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Since then, Julie reaches out to me monthly to just check in. My experience with Julie Seuh has been nothing short of spectacular. She knows the insurance business inside out and has information at hand when needed. She follows up on every question or need and keeps us informed of changes and available discounts. With Julie you don't have to worry about not having the right coverages. My car was damaged by someone insured by State Farm. There was no doubt as to who was at fault. Even though their insured client claimed it was my fault, State Farm processed the claim and chose to pay the full cost of repairs. I took the vehicle to the body shop they recommended and they could not have been more professional or skilled. Everything from start to finish was handled as well as I could have asked for.

This agency has always been top notch. Every time I call them whether it’s a lost insurance card or to ensure another car. They are always helpful and friendly. Service is number one. I recently was in another state and had purchased a car to ship to Hawaii. I called them to add it onto our policy, and in lickety-split time everything was done, and I was able to drive with assurance and safety, knowing I was insured with State Farm in my beloved hometown of Keaau.

There arenʻt enough stars to rate Rob and Jayci, who are very professional, efficient, personable. They work with you to get you the right coverage, they will go over and beyond to assist in handling any problems you have with vendors and claims. I deal more with Jayci, she will take the time out of her personal time off hours, weekends to work with you and make sure her clients are taken cared of. Strongly recommend this team!
