Great selection however they could use more associates as the few that was their was busy with customers while trying to stock and couldn't get to everyone. The cashier was incredibly knowledgeable and a big help.

Good store to go to for your pets needs. While they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for today, when I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I needed help finding anything. I took a stroll around the store and found it to be clean and well maintained. Beware though, if you bring your puppers in here, there are LOTS of treatos!! Spoil your pets!!

Sales associate Dakota ignored my requests for assistance. She also admitted that she heard me and choose to ignore me. When I finally got the chance to ask my question she gave a really bad answer and another customer standing there actually showed me where to find my item. Another manager on duty Nicole apologized for Dakota and gave me a 10% discount

Originally after not scheduling my dogs appt entirely after I had called days prior to book it I got the appointment rescheduled for the following day and Helen was kind enough to give me 20% off and to make sure that that doesn’t happen again. When I brought my dog in Jayda was happy to greet me and treated my dog well and I am very pleased with the service! She gave him a little bowtie too! I was really pleased with Jayda because she was so sweet and bubbly and friendly and her customer service was on point. Being in customer service myself I can appreciate that I know how important it is and I really wanted to take the time to leave this review for that reason. I will be asking for Jayda again! Mahalo plenty!

App is always glitching or stating that my dog’s food is out of stock in Kapolei. When I go into the store they always have ample available. Because I am constantly having to purchase in store I don’t get my credits on the app towards a “free bag” of dog food. Doesn’t seem very beneficial to have the app if the perks of it don’t work. It’s nice to get a discount every once in awhile since my dog’s eat the Orijen brand.

Cashier Andreana rang up my order under the wrong account and then tried to blame it on me because I confirmed the wrong email address to receive my receipt via email. But had I not asked to receive the receipt by email I would not have noticed until maybe getting to the car that it had been rung up incorrectly- which has happened to me before. I spend much of my hard earned money at Petco and it’s upsetting to not be properly utilizing rewards due to cashier error. Also, to blame the situation on me for confirming the wrong address is preposterous. If she would have confirmed the account when she began the transaction (which she did not) then the whole thing would have been avoided.

The grooming service at petco did a fantastic job. Love the different options they gave me. And suggestions. Guess ninja and i will be coming herr for future grooming services... yes, by the way its a 4 hour wait while your dog is getting pampered.Its best to make appointment.They have blueberry facialNail trim/buffMy cost was about $62I did the full serviceAnd yes, if you think that the stylist did a good job like mines did. Jada was great as always. : )Aaron was unable to apply my vital care rewards and assumed I had opted for a lower tier program. I Had to spend extra time getting my rewards accounted for on my account. Aaron was unapologetic for the inconvenience when I called to explain afterwards. He called the vital care team “big fat liars.” He Was not educated on current vital care benefits.

I only went to look at aquarium supplies. The store is large and clean. I was impressed by the variety of their products, and they had several things I've never seen in other Petco locations on the island. However, I was disappointed by their fish selection. This store had far fewer tanks than I would expect for a store this size, especially compared to their product selection. Overall, I'd come here for products, but not if I was looking for actual fish.

Good place to get my dog food and joint supplements. However, I have one pet peeve. Whenever I go there, they never have any shopping carts in the store. Kinda hard to carry a 50lb bag of food along with other supplies without a cart. Please get more so I don’t have to struggle carrying everything by myself!

They are always so nice to my elderly chihuahua, her name is potot . Potot LOVES going into petco. also their groomers have special extra training dealing with the elderly pets which I really like about their grooming services! Potot actually recognises her regular grommer!I also like their PALS REWARDS program! Potot is ready to go to petco! she's placed herself between me and the door so I can't go without her.

I've always had great experiences with the grooming department for my dogs. One dog in particular I've had really hated us touching her nails and would turn into a demon if we even tried. The funny part is that we warned the grooming tech's about it when we bought her to get her nails clipped. We hand them the leash and our doggy trot's into the back, is lifted and secured onto the grooming table; and like nothing she had her nails clipped. No issues. So I guess our doggy loves the grooming techs because if we touched her paws we'd be in trouble! 10/10 would bring my dogs to groom at this Petco again.

We love Petco for several reasons but the easiest answer to give is your treated as family by all the staff. We just refuse to take our dog anywhere else for her Spa day.Abigail (Groomer at Kapolei location) just goes out of her way to make sure our Koko is happy at all times. Staff is usually pleasant and helpful. Store is always clean. There is plenty of parking outside the establishment. Being located to other stores such as Office Max, Target, movie theater, Dunkin, Ross and many more stores. One of the challenges is services such as grooming are hard to tap into just because of the demand for services and a lack of ability to provide the support.
