Our groomer did an amazing job! It was our first time using Petco grooming services, so our dog didn't know the groomer. She's used to being groomed, but it had been a while since her last cut. She came back cuter than ever and smelling great. We'll definitely be scheduling again!

We love brining Lilah to Mo at Petco for grooming. Mo is so patient, kind, and loving with Lilah. She makes the experience less anxious and difficult of a transition for Lilah. She takes her time and is so gentle with my fur baby. Lilah loves and looks forward to her spa days with Mo. And Lilahs haircuts always come out looking so beautiful.

After talking with the store manager, she was able to help me with all this situation. I received an apology, and my appointment wasn’t canceled! Good customer recovery PETCO!I made an appointment for my dog one month in advance,, 4 date before the appointment I got a call, asking me if I was willing to go with another lady, because the one that I scheduled the appointment has a medical emergency; totally understandable, however, when I accepted the change, the lady on the phone told me that she was going to try to find a day for me to bring the dog, I asked her, sorry I though it was same day different person, she said not you lost your appointment, so I asked for an appointment, around same time, she said we do have other appointments so, I said yes but I booked one month ago and I should have priority, and she was very rude and told me, well, I am giving you an appointment this year instead of January. So she not only canceled my appointment, but I have to be grateful for whatever she wants to do with me. No apology, it was like, I was asking for a free service. I have been using petco grooming for a while and was very happy, hope people on the phone have more training on customer service.

Petco groomers are very kind to my dog. She hates it there, but the groomers do their best to keep her comfortable. The care they provide is first rate.

Really disappointed that they will no longer groom our pet solely because our pet takes medication now. They said it was corporate policy but when I spoke with corporate, they disagreed and said it was manager discretion. Super bummed.

This is my second time coming to this location. The first time I had a great experience. The second time I had booked an 8am appointment a month in advance. I got there before 7:40am and sat in the parking lot till it got closer to the appointment. The store says closed till 9am so I called the grooming number multiple times to confirm and didn’t get an answer. I even walked up to the door multiple times once seeing someone at the front desk in the grooming office. I decided to just wait till the door open at 9am just to get told upon entering that I’ll have to reschedule because the groomer doesn’t have time. Somehow it was my fault that their phone isn’t loud enough to hear when someone calls and that I should’ve stayed out in the hot sun waiting for someone to come to the door to let me in. What’s more frustrating is that not once did anyone decide to call me to see if the appointment was still on or not.

The dogs were treated well and returned clean. A little unclear as to what services were provided or that I could ask for. In spite of all of the brushing (extra was provided) - my one dog (short hair with an undercoat) shed horribly on the way home and did not seem as brushed for the many minutes provided on slip as compared to a shorter brushing we give him at home. One dog had a bow, the others did not. I could not get a clear answer about auto schedule and how the owner is supposed to know what is scheduled besides a phone call to confirm the day before. I absolutely like the concept, but could not get a clear answer as to how to be informed sooner than less than 24 hours in advance...shoulders were shrugged and I was told I could be removed from auto schedule - but that was not what I was asking. Overall, the communication to pet owners needs to be greatly improved. A smile and a welcoming attitude would have been appreciated. We waited with our four dogs patiently and multiple folks that walked in after us were helped first, with just the question over and over if we had an appointment as folks behind us were continued to be helped first. No smile or welcome feeling from the staff, even though we smiled and tried politely to get our dogs checked in. I was firm in asking that anal glands definitely be addressed as I had paid for the service on the last visit, but within a few days had to pay the vet to take care of anal glands as they were full...leading to the conclusion that I had paid for a service that had not been provided. We spent 60 dollars a dog plus tax plus a 20 percent gratuity for each dog. That adds up to a nice chunk of change, and while we try to be polite, we would appreciate a bit more information and helpfulness from the grooming staff. I have felt this on my past visits, but this time something fell short. Another visit along those lines, and I will take my grooming business elsewhere.

My pup and i love our regular groomer. Scheduled appointments make it easy to calendar in. The intake is quick and pick up is usually good. My pup comes home with buffed, short nails and clean fur.

Cheryl is amazing. We have been taking our dog to her for over a year. She always treats him like her own pet and is so loving toward him. And the haircuts she gives are amazing and always consistent.

My dog wags her tail when we arrive & are greeted. That puts me at ease that she's not afraid to be there. The staff is always friendly. With all the clients they care for, I am always impressed when they remember & call my dog by name. During busier periods, they still take enough time with each person without making you feel rushed.

Rayna is consistently amazing! I used to take our beagle, Jiro, to her for grooming until he passed away. I am extremely pleased with Marley who she recently groomed. I am recommending Rayna to our friends/family who want their dogs to be groomed with the TLC that Rayna provides.

Schedule an appointment one month in advance. Then two weeks before I get a call that the groomers unavailable. And instead of them just rescheduling us closer or moving things around. They tell me they don’t have another appointment till another month and a half. And the manager couldve cared less. I wish that dog grooming wasnt so busy right now so that i could take my money elsewhere.

Technician Amber unfriendly I’ve been coming to the Kaneohe location for years and first dissatisfied visit. My dog requires no hair cut just spa bath flea treatment 4 hours and I had to call several times for status of pick up. My min pin/chihuahua never stayed so long. My dog was still damp and topical flea treatment was still sticky on her short fur??? NEVER had topical on fur?? Isn’t it applied to the skin? Over 24hours and topical oil is still visible down her back. Amber unfriendly and unprofessional. Will never return to this location. Rayna, Shantelle and Bianca are an asset to your company.

They did as I requested. I was very thankful that they used our shampoo for our dog. We usually don't like the shampoos at the groomers he's been to in the past. We are usually allergic to the dog if they don't use our allergy free shampoo. Very happy

MY Poopsie -Rose loves her spa day at Petco Kaneohe. She is always excited to be treated with care and love from all the groomers. The groomers do a wonderful job at my request for Poopsie's make over at every visit. The groomers are very personable, patient and attentive. Petco Kaneohe is my go to Pet Store.
