My daughter and I received excellent, friendly and helpful service from a male associate at the counter on April 29th, 2024. He only works there for a couple days per week. One of the best associates I have ever experienced at Petco so far.

My grandson enjoyed looking at the different animals in store.Also, I wasn’t offered a free reusable bag with my purchase yesterday. I forgot to inquire, and o wasn’t offered one. However, I’m sure if I were to inquire about it after my purchase, my reply would be “sorry, we were out of stock” as my email says, while supplies last, to avoid not receiving one.I wanted one.Otherwise, I always have a good experience at the Kaneohe Petco

Staff was good. However, I do not like how your online account and the store are not accurate regarding inventory. I ordered a bag of dog food that was a great deal. After arriving to store, order was canceled for being out of stock... despite having 4 plus bags in the store. The store would not honor the full online discounted price. They would honor only half.

Purchased a dog crate. It had a lot of dust. I mentioned it to the sales clerk at the counter. “Oh it comes like that” I didn’t want that dust in my vehicle. He did not make any attempt to wipe the box down. I happen to have a paper towel in my pocket and proceeded to wipe it off. He seem like uninterested that I was wiping off the dirt. I was upset that he didn’t apologize for having dirty merchandise

The staff was so friendly. Went in for a gift card this time and the cashier was so pleasant while also being efficient and competent. Lately service workers can leave you with the feeling that they are doing you a favor. I can happily say that this was not the case here at Petco Ewa Beach. The management should be proud of their employee's work ethic and their ability to make you feel a welcome part of the Ohana of pet lovers everywhere.

I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and not able to lift anything, so I tried to utilize the curbside pick up for my dog's 25lb bag of food. After waiting for 10 minutes "curb side" I ended up going into the store thinking they were probably busy. They were not busy. I got my food that was sitting behind the register and then had to wait for "the right team member" to come and help me take it to my car. If you're not going to do curbside delivery, dont offer it.

we purchased a new fish tank set it all up only to find out the pump did not work. store was able to assist us and we got a replacement pump - happy fish pretty tank the staff assisted us well

If you love little critters such as mice, they might not sell them anymore which idk why for what reason but honestly I think they should carry them and sell them in their stores. At one point I had about 30 of them and I wanted to buy more but it was a limited purchase to them. Eventually some would escape my cages which was ok but they never ran away too far from their mates. Please bring our little loving critters back to stores.

I have been comming for grooming if my 2 dogs for 7 years. I was told that my groomer was out sick 3 hours before my appointment to have my dogs nails buffed. Someone would call to reschedule. My problem is that I am relocating out if state tomorrow. I went to Petco when they opened to see if someone could do buffing of my Chihuahuas nails and was turned away. After all these years of being a loyal customer, tipping generously and getting all my supplies I couldn't get a service I desperately needed. ALOHA petco hope you feel better Shantel.

Love, I love it there. My Bella was attached by another dog, so she is scared of everything. Cheryl did amazing, and she was great with Bella. I also got called into work early, and Cheryl was so nice to get her done sooner for me. I highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and I've had all good experiences with their grooming of my pit bull. They have a growing selection of natural pet food as well as limited ingredient food; which I love because my dog has food allergies. We are loving the brand Merrick currently.The prices are reasonable and I take full advantage of the pals rewards which saves me about $10 every visit! I have 3 furry babies to feed, so I feel like I'm here all the time! LOLIt's nice not to have to drive far for pet supplies.

Petco is the perfect pet store in our small town of Kaneohe- it has a very wide selection for all of your pet needs! My review is specifically for the Training offered at Petco. I have been taking my service dog BlueBerry to see trainer Ricky, and I am extremely beyond impressed with his progress. Ricky is a very kind trainer who takes the time to really understand what your dog needs in the moment. Berry had a lot of anxiety and marking issues when we first starting coming to training but by the 3rd session Berry no longer barked, marked, or flopped... well maybe a little flopping. But it was all because of Ricky's patience and empathy towards both animals and people. He is by far the best trainer I have worked with and I would 100% recommend you to take your pup in for a class!

Best DISCOUNT bin on the island! I bought 4 outfits for my blind foster senior dog to help keep her warm (Island peeps ❤ their A/C) and they were normally $14.99 but at Petco Kaneohe, just $3.48!!Other Petcos (Honolulu, Kapolei) have items that are max 50% which is still ridiculously expensive (how come they charge so much for baby & pet clothes/gear when so little material right?) so trip to Kaneohe (when Pali open) is worth it!Kaneohe is a much smaller Petco and I didn't see where the adoptable cats/kittens were located (not prominently displayed) which is why I gave only 9 Stars.

I found the cat litter I wanted, the cashier applied the lower price that I showed her in the Petco app, even offered to use her app as my phone was acting up, but I was able to show her the litter brand & price. Transaction went smoothly. We had a very nice conversation about our pets too as no one else was waiting in line!

Customer service representatives are always so nice and helpful at the Petco in Kaneohe! They helped me figure out the petco app and how to do the price matching- definitely do this! I saved a lot of $$$ on my order! I haven't had much luck with their fish- but save the receipt because they kindly refund/replace them. Our birds and guineapigs that we have purchased have all been happy and healthy! My kids love coming here and how can you not like a store that allows your pet to shop with you!? :)

I went to go pay for my items. The staff was fantastic. However, Petco should NOT be forcing their workers to work when the fire alarm is going off every 5 minutes that is extremely damaging to their ears and when I asked the staff if it had been going on all day they said that is had. Do better for your workers Petco!

Always helpful trying to find the right dog food for my Great Dane who has allergies. If I’m not completely satisfied I bring back the food. I also take him there for grooming. They are always friendly and helpful even if I ask a ton of questions. They are my home store for my best friend.

Chick starter feed is 2x the price as Petsmart? Same brand as well. I’d pay a buck or two more, but not double. Price gouging is gross.
