Stopped in here so many times throughout my trip and they always had what I needed. The house that we were staying in didn't have the best bathtub for my mother-in-law so we picked up suction cup support arms and a shower seat that made the trip so much easier! We also had an accident at the beach so we picked up peroxide, Band-Aids, Neosporin and it allowed us to continue our beach fun! Good selection of local items as well! Always friendly service each time I stopped in!

I can't think of anywhere I've ever shopped where the service is so bad. I have a lot of respect for employees who are smart enough to not take their jobs seriously, but these people take it to another level. The degree of nonsense I have to deal with every time I come inside is ummatched by any other store on Maui. These employees don't listen to anyone, actively ignore everyone, and make every interaction here feel like I'm on some kind of secret camera for a YouTube channel that tests strangers' patience.

The woman who was working the pharmacy on 11.3.23 at 8:30am is beyond rude. Because of her, I will have my prescriptions filled with another pharmacy; I refuse to do business with someone like that. She lacks professionalism and does not seem to be a people person.

We moved our prescriptions to the maui Lani location cause this place is surrounded by bums and vagrants and the pharmacy people r not nice. Completely different at the other location

Omg this worst experience i had today at Walgreens cashier name April she sighing because she didnt want do something or void and ring back up she had the worst attitude and I’m a cashier myself I don’t do that my customers like that she act like she didn’t want to be working if she doesn’t like doing her job she shouldn’t even be not working she needs to be written up

Went in for an over the counter. Couldn’t find it. Showed a picture of the product to an employee and asked for help. Told that she didn’t know and I should go find it myself. Asked another employee who told me to ask a pharmacist. Pharmacist told me they had it but I’d need a prescription. I told them their site said it was over the counter. She then backtracked and told me I didn’t need a prescription but she wouldn't sell it to me because it was “too expensive”. Asked how much. $45. I said that was ok. She said again she wouldn’t sell it to me and then both she and the other pharmacist proceeded to ignore me.

I'm writing a review regarding D Gonzalez from pharmacist at Big Pine, Florida.Wow, the service I received from her was exceptional. I was not well with shingles and travelling from New Zealand. She provided details of a Dr for me and then helped me with skin treatments after I got my prescription.She was extremely busy and made time for me and I appreciated it a lot. I hope she is rewarded for her customer care.

Antoinette is such a kind person and printed a photo for me even when she didn't know how and it wasn't her job to do it. She could have told me just to wait until the next person comes in. But she printed it. I really appreciate her doing that for me. It was so important and I needed that photo asap. Thanks for going above & beyond!

Walgreens Kamehameha! So incompetent. Called them, was put on hold for forvever and did not get back to me until they just disconnect the line. Why don’t you just nicely say, I DON’T KNOW or WE DON’T HAVE IT? Wasted few minutes of my life on this store. Unbelievable! Nope, not this store. They don’t even know if they have the item in their store or not. SMH.

I noticed the total seemed high so I checked the receipt at home. I bought 7 items, 6 of the 7 items were charged higher than the shelf price. This is either a scam (which seems unlikely from a national chain) or the staff are just wildly incompetent at keeping the store up to date. I definitely won't be back.

2.8 stars is way to high for the level of customer service this store achieves on a day to day basis. I call, phone rings. "What" the photo clerk on 5/11/22 at 3:50pm answers with. I say I'm double checking to see if my canvas or....*I'm cutt off* "Did it say they were ready" she blabbered. I started to answer. Yes it d...* FLAT DIAL TONE*.I call back, no body picks up

I had a negative experience with an associate at the counter. It could have easily been a crowning moment for customer service but quickly turned into a cold interaction over a very simple issue. This store needs training on customer service and what services they have available. It seemed as though one associate was clueless about my request and the other was not interested in explaining anything.Since returning, staff has been retrained.

Very bad service people. I went there just to get photos and one of them gave me an attitude and I kept showing them my info that I'm picking up photos. They really shouldn't be working there if they have that kind of attitude and sassiness. I'm beyond disappointed and never going back there to get photos.

I ordered vitamins online for pickup in store. The instructions I received via email said to go to the photo section for in store pickup. No one was there and when I went to a cashier she did not know what to do. Another sales associate tried to take my phone away from me to look at the email, but I have a weakened immune system and refused to let anyone touch my phone. Both Kahului Walgreens employees became upset with me because I did not know what to do to let the Kahului Walgreens store know that I was picking up an online order. After being yelled at, I tried clicking on a link labeled “I’m here” and selected “curbside pickup” and someone from behind the scenes finally gave me my order. The cashier tried to charge me for my order that I paid for online. What a horrible experience with the Kahului Walgreens. I don’t recommend online orders there. Better to pay a little more for a more comfortable shopping experience with Target. Especially if you are worried about Covid 19.

Thank you walgreen for helping me decide to stop giving them my money once and for all. Just wasted a bunch of time because the teller (who was actually pretty nice) was unsure about policies regarding prepaid debit cards and wanted to "try something". Ended up charging my card a transaction fee and without a product and could not even give me a voided receipt pricing the transaction voided. Something I would expect from corner store not from a corporate entity

What a great way to start off my morning. I just left the Kahului Walgreen's where I had some photos scanned & printed. And Edith, the sales clerk at the PhotoDept. was top notch in assisting me with getting my task done. I didn't know how to use the machine and she was more than happy to help me. She showed me step by step instructions. It was quick & easy not to mention how affordable it was. Great quality too. She even went above &,beyond and cut all my wallet size pixs from each sheet. Thank you so much!!!

Terrible service at drive thru, pharmacy. No compassionate at all! We were told to come back in 30 minutes which we did. Then we were told to come back in 20 more minutes because the pharmacist had to take blood pressure on the floor instead. Where is the service there? For someone that comes out of the hospital needing their medication, there was no concern there. THAT WAS LAME SERVICE!

Beware the employees are rude and make fun of you to other customers once you leave the store. One photo clerk seems to have 1 volume and that is LOUD. Don't coupon here because they will treat you like a criminal. They will only allow you to buy 2 items with a coupon for the whole week! Me and my daugther use herbal essence but I use the Honey one and she uses this blue one so since it was on sale I bought me set of herbal essences shampoo and conditioner and her a set of shampoo and conditioner and they said "sorry your only allowed to buy 2 and thats all, however if you are buying it without any coupon then we will allow 4. That is discriminating against people who coupon!

Manager at Kahului Walgreens pharmacy is not easy to work with. I refill my prescription here ALL THE TIME but this one time i spoke with Jolene G. who is the manager and she gave me the hardest time. i like to refill my prescription before i run out and i was pretty close to that. I have a 16 day supply inhaler that i take every 4 hours as needed. When i called to refill Jolene informed me that i had just picked up an inhaler on 2/1 and that i am calling too soon for a refill. Explained to her i am refilling it before i run out due to living far away and not able to go to town as often. She refused to refill my prescription and told me i needed to have my doctor prescribe me a steroid if im using my inhaler often. She then went on to tell me that shes an asthmatic and knows how it goes. After arguing with her on the phone and explaining to her that this was the only day i was able to pick up my prescription and needed it to be refilled today she still refused. Explained to her that i ALWAYS refill my prescriptions here and never once have i had a problem getting a refill. She said "well im new here and thats how things go now". NEVER using kahului walgreens again!

This might possibly be the least helpful people I’ve ever encountered at a Pharmacy. I’m injured and just trying to fill a prescription, pretty basic, and they were unhelpful, rude and even obstinate, clearly not the right staff to be in the business of healing. And I’m generally not one to complain, but this was egregious.

I was talking to the PHARMACY at WALGREENS this morning and I could hear them talking in the background questioning the fact that I had just a few moments earlier called and asked the same question! It’s true, the fact is that I have Parkinson’s Disease and I usually write things down, however I did not have a pen and Paper available at that particular moment, I forget things very quickly and I found it hurtful, rude and frankly highly unprofessional, because of a disability, especially and ironically from a Pharmacy!. It’s difficult enough living with Parkinson’s I should not be made fun of EVER Because of a it! Perhaps I am weak that I feel bad that I let the things that were said get to me (I usually don’t). and I understand that people get busy and that it can be annoying when it seems that we call back endlessly but why are grown people Presumably Adults, Making fun of people with disabilities? What kind of Lesson is this to teach our children? What does that make us? It sounds more like a playground than an adult conversation!

Horrible customer service. Ordered photos and no one was at the photo office when I went to pick up. Had to ask cashier two times to get some assistance. Waited about 15 minutes to get help and when they assisted with my order it wasn’t even ready. They had to print out the pictures still. I stood there waiting while they made my order. There was no workers on floor. Really disappointed. For anyone please save your time and go elsewhere. 1 star is generous

Ordered medication on a Friday, pharmacy said they will contact Dr. For refill prescription. Went to pick up medication on Wednesday. Was informed that they had no record of the medication order. Second time this happened. ??

We to store at 645am and store wasn’t open. No sign saying they be opening later . Store hours are from 6am to midnight. Guess they are having problems with keeping employees. Pay most not be good or management is bad. What an inconvenience for a lot of people that stopped to go in store.....
