She did such a good job considering my dog Scooter is not one who cooperates w/grooming at any time! She spoke kindly to him and managed to clean his ears and take all the nasty matted hair out.She bathed him an we can all rest easier now he won’t be scratching all all night. First time here, and wasn’t disappointed.They took my dog in after petco couldn’t due to the hair. Was super nice to my dog and making her feel comfortable. Came back a few hours later and left my little girl so cute and fresh. Wish I knew about this spot years back. Also she knows what she’s doing. Give it a shot

I have been taking my baby Pa'a, a chihuahua-terrier to Victoria for over a year now and my older dog Snoops pitbull-mix breed this summer and I'm very happy with the care she gives my babies once a month. Tori is our one and done. Very knowledgeable and honest person who loves my dogs as if they were her own and they love her back kissing up on her every time. I trust her with grooming of my pets 🙏❤️💙😘💗🌟💋💋🙌

My partner and I took our 2 year old maltipoo to Tori for about 5 months last year. She is clearly a VERY talented groomer. However, her business etiquette and professionalism is something I’ve never dealt with. She told me my dog was a nightmare to groom, blamed me for his behavior and told me that she would be charging me extra for his breed. Parking is a total nightmare and she was never on time. I sometimes sat outside and just waited for her. To top it all off, she refused to put us in a scheduled slot so we would just have to wait for her to respond, then move our own jobs to accommodate her. She then ghosted us and we never heard from her again. I found a new groomer, Big Waggle, who loves my dog, says he is an angel, no problems with scheduling, and he looks the best he ever looked. I regret spending the time and money here.

You can really tell how much Tori loves her job and the animals in her care. When I called to book, she took the time to talk me through her process, my dogs unique needs, and special considerations for COVID-19. Our dogs look great and were both so happy when they got home (rather than stressed/exhausted like they have with other groomers) She even gave us a little review card to list everything she did for each dog and my fluffy pup's special haircut instructions so we can repeat at a different groomer if we ever need.10/10 will go again.

In a word, EXCEPTIONAL! From the initial phone call through the appointment and send off, Victoria, the owner, exceeded our every expectation. She is knowledgeable, patient and obviously loves what she does... and it shows. Our two year old Ragdoll cat had never been bathed or groomed by its prior owner and Victoria took on the challenge with an innate kindness one only hopes for when services are provided to a beloved pet. She took her time one-on-one, no assembly line here. This is indeed a pet SPA and Victoria understandably is selective with pet parents that want this increased level of service. My dog hates anything that involves water, with the exception of drinking it, which makes bathing her a nightmare. As difficult as she can be for a groomer to deal with Victoria has the patience to deal with her “screaming” and wiggling. I’ve been going to Victoria for about 4 years now and I’ll never go to anyone else. She treats my fur kid like she was her own. Aside from being a great groomer she’s also a genuine, caring person as I went through cancer treatment.

What an incredible experience! My dog left happy and clean! I have a malamute and he is aLOT of work. She used organic shampoos, clipped and matted out his tail, and even cleaned inside his ears and teeth. Prices were also affordable.The main thing was that she really made my dog feel comfortable and respected! And that means the world. Will be a returning customer.

The relief of finally being able to get my 3 guinea pigs groomed is a very good feeling. Not a lot of places on maui grooms guinea pigs so it was really frustrating. I tried grooming my oldest guinea and it didn’t go so well. It’s pretty pricy for the right tools and so I just didn’t touch her again just to be safe. It was well worth the wait. Place gives homie vibes and you can watch how she does everything without worrying about your pet which made me feel good. I trust her with my animals and hopefully you do too. I’m definitely going back.

Not only is my princess a "special needs dog," I'd have to describe myself as a special needs client when it comes to her.. Victoria was beyond patient with both of us, tuned into Miss Pebbles, honored my craziness, and was helpful with nutrition information for my aging BFF. She uses eco-friendly products and truly cares about your pet.
