The pharmacy went above and beyond to get my new(as in never filled before) prescription transferred from a mainland Walgreens. Despite a power outage etc. they got it done! Special kudos to Cory and Gregg for all their help.

Convenient, but Joe and another pharmacy tech not friendly nor helpful, very curt. Really needed a prescription, just brushed it off and said to contact my physician for a refill…didn’t offer me an emergency 3 days supply, which was offered by another caring pharmacy tech last year there; rather after inquiring of the 3 days supply, Joe just said, ‘well that’s up to you…Joe came across as rushed and let’s move on…my prescription ran out and it was failure on MY part to recognize that there wasn’t any refills left…but come on, you can recognize by my type of medication that it’s really important and needed for my condition…just be more empathetic, friendly, helpful and professional Joe!Update: upon prescription pickup, Joe was friendly and helpful, a complete turnaround from our phone conversation…thus 1 added stars…but still lacking 1 star, because consistency is needed.

Understaffed counter cashier's and overall horrible management. Why does the manager and cashier both focus on the problem of one customer as the lines increase? Happened to me... Left my purchases on the counter after too long of wait.

AVOID THEIR CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE FEDEX!!I brought a prepaid label shipment and Noah and the manager REFUSED to help claiming "it has a battery"...aaand?? They told me to take it to the FedEx in town, as though the battery would magically disappear 25 minutes away.FedEx told me to come to this location, which I told Anthony but he still whined about having to deal with it.VERY FRUSTRATED!!

Check your receipts! These people will try and rip off tourists. I tried to buy three sports drinks that were priced at 3 for $3. Instead they rang up at 2 for $3. When I asked them to fix it, it took two cashiers and a manager over 10 minutes to refund and then ring up the drinks again at the right price.

You guys should really make sure your employees are enforcing wearing face masks at this location. There were some people walking around not wearing one and nobody said anything. Not even at the register
