I have repeatedly tried to update my email address in the system in the store. Receipts continue to be sent to my old email address, which will soon be shut down. I have tried with the assistance of the staff who cannot seem to affect the update either. This is important to me as I do not want printed receipts and yet I need to have the record. What is wrong with the system?

I love Kahala Longs for customer service and attention to care. Mari is an amazing cashier and representative. She is always so courteous and attentive to each customer. Guests will wait in line just to have her help them!! Plus Tiffany is knowledgeable in the beauty and makeup department.

Biggest and best drugstore, I have seen with a very wide selection of all kinds of products from drugs to food and all at great prices also, the staff is helpful and friendly.

It's very packed around 7 pm on a Thursday night. I went in to pick up three items. After waiting anywhere from 5-10 minutes after pressing the electronics assistance bell, I received no assistance with two workers blowing right past me. I gave up on the electronics, grabbed two drinks from the refrigerator, and commenced a 15-minute wait for checkout. At least four or more registers were open, but the workers could not clear the lines fast enough. Will not return unless someone I'm with forces me.
