Relatively new, uncrowded. Pharmacy isn't very busy. No long lines. Parking available adjacent to store entrance. Services identical to other CVS Longs stores. When in Hawaii, Longs is our go-to store for toiletries, make-up, snacks, drinks, assorted household items, medicines, etc. Sale items from Sunday through Wednesday.

This branch of Longs is our favourite even though it is not our nearest. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We invariably are welcomed on arrival and the checkout is always friendly and speedy.The store is on two levels with the pharmacy and medical goods upstairs.Aina Haina is lucky to have such a great Longs store.

The pharmacy staff here is super nice! I had just come from urgent care after breaking my wrist and they were able to quickly fill my pain medicine. Shane C. was very helpful and friendly (which was also evident when he was helping the lady training). I love seeing people who truly enjoy their job! Pleasant customer experience all around!

Pharmacy no longer customer service oriented. Went into inquire about my second shingles shot. There was no line, and more people working behind the counter than I have seen in a while. I was told I had to come back after 3 when the other pharmacist is in, so there can be 2 of them. So it is now no customer service, we have to go when its convenient for the employees schedule, not ours. Looks like the pharmacists who used to be there aren't there anymore. I should move my maintenance prescription before I'm told I have pick that at certain time as well.

Good intentions but photo center did not deliver. I came in an hour after my order was supposed to be prepared- not only was it not ready but they sent me home with a “calendar” that was not bound- just a collection of photos. They said no one knew how to bind it.

Slowest Service EVER. I never go into this location if I am in any kind of hurry. Not only do the staff ring up customers like they are on Quaaludes, I JUST left the store and there was a single cashier with a line of over 10 customers. There has got to be a better way…

One of the better Longs. Service is always friendly and helpful. I like this particular drug store because of the service, the layout, and convenient shady parking. They always seem to have what I need.

The staff at the pharmacy are very intimidating.It's intimidating and scary and makes me feel sick.If I had to go to the pharmacy for business, I would feel better going to a different Longs.I didn't want to go there again.
