Top notch customer service. We visited Calvin & Susie to buy a Hawaiian shirt for our dog and a dress for a friend's dog. We struggled to figure out which sizes the dogs needed as both are medium-large dogs and fall in between sizes. The sales agent took around 15-20 minutes to help us find the right clothing sizes for the dogs. She even took down several dog mannequins and dressed them in different sized clothing to help us figure out which ones worked best. By going above and beyond, she exhibited a high level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend visiting Calvin & Susie to grab a great souvenir for your furry friend.

Fantastic selection of great food. I contacted them via Facebook prior to visiting the store and they were super nice. They have a lot of cute hawaian dresses and shirts for pups. Their collars and bandannas are also adorable. Really recommend this place for shopping if you adore your dog!

The staff is really helpful. We have a 6 month old Maltes puppy that is a real finicky eater. We left with a lot of helpful information and a bunch of samples to see if we could find something the pampered pooch would not stick her nose up at. We'll be regulars if not already.

A cute shop with a ton of options for your pets! Mostly dog items and mostly food, but enough cat and other small animal goods to satisfy most pet owners. This is the only shop I've found that has many different, natural pet foods, as opposed to only one or two raw/minimally processed options.

They have a very nice selection of dog supplies, which is great for my German shepherd. I do however wish that there was a bit more variety for cat supplies though, but my 2 kitties really like the catnip toys I periodically buy them.

Staff are total animal lovers and often offer treats to your pet (asking permission first). They are ready to answer questions about products and if available, give samples. They also carry a good selection of local products like leashes and collars.

Just left this shop. They're the only ones that carry my girls' brand of dog food, which I'm very grateful for. Everywhere online wants to charge $30+ for shipping. The employees were awesome and asked if they could give them treats. It's a cute little shop with a big selection of treats and accessories. I'll definitely be back here every few weeks for a food pickup.

This store was very clean and take care of. It looks like they are trying to have mostly natural pet products. We picked up a new leash and collar for our dog from the large selection. We chose a Hawaiian designed set that was store branded. The staff was friendly and helped us find the right size and even went digging through drawers to make sure we saw all the designs available.

Love this sweet boutique. Everything you want to spoil your dog or cat babies with. Food selection is excellent and extras you need for their wellness. Customer service always there to answer your questions or concerns. I've been shopping here 6years and will be loyal.

Best pet shop for high quality foods. They even have a program to get free bags of food like a punch card. They track it by name so you don't need to keep a card handy. Very nice staff.

Great local boutique pet store that carries everything. Carries hard to find good brands like Ziwipeak. Features beds, blankets, bandanas and collars by local island artists, alongside high end brands like Ruffwear. Staff is friendly and the shop treats you like family. The store is very involved in the local community and for the last 3-4 years has sponsored the dog surfing event at Dukes Oceanfest. A portion of all sales goes towards charity as well, so you can feel good about whatever you buy. Great place for dogs and humans!

This place is friendly but most importantly they carry high quality pet food. The "food" you buy in most places including your vets office isn't good for your dog. I prefer fresh raw organic meat and bones for my dogs but it's not always available. Calvin and Susie sell some of the best packaged dog food you can get.Great quality dog food may seem expensive but it's cheaper than vet bills to fix the problems caused by low quality food.

So happy to have found this place. Way better people, products, and prices then you’ll find at big box stores. The owner and her staff are amazingly helpful.I really hope this is store that remains in the Kapahulu neighborhood :)

I’m not a local and I wanted some ruffwear equipment for my dog and I think they are the only one who sell them , the lady was super friendly and helpful and they have an amazing selection of products! Loved the shop I find exactly what I needed for my dog .

Employees are very helpful nd they'll answer any of your questions that you may have...I have been going there for some time now nd I buy my gurlz food nd some treats too...I love that its in kapahulu nd good excercise nd walking distance for me nd my gurlz...one of my gurlz is very picky when it comes to her food nd treats but she loves eating primal raw food with her dry kibble nd my other gurl she'll eat anything I have no trouble with her about what to feed her...everytime we go there they are always welcome you nd always there to help you in any way they can
