Great lunch options at an affordable price. The pasteles is similar to a tamale with banana instead of maize. That was a great lunch. The poke nachos were solid. Tony used yellow tail for the poke. Fresh and yummy.Pulled pork wrap had sp much meat it was coming out the ends. Butter Lettuce was a nice touch of crunch.Large shave ice was the size of my five year old son's head (not an embellishment).Laulau Friday is also a winner.Stayed in the area for two weeks and made multiple stops. Was pleased every time.

Adorable local food stop with fantastic shave ice flavor options and the sweetest couple who own the business and work there. We enjoyed our shave ice and loved the conversation with the very kind couple!

What a cute place to get a snow cone or lunch. This is within walking distance of where we are staying. Been by every day to get a little something while I have been in the Honakaa area. First got the poke nachos and POG snow cone. The next day got a coconut boba tea and kalua pork with cabbage. Everything was delicious! Service was great and they packed it up well so I could take it to go.

Stopped for shaved ice. Very friendly, very clean. Freshly shaved ice with MANY flavors. They also offer breakfast and lunch. Prices are very reasonable! Counter seating and a few small tables. Will return again. 100 percent recommended if passing by to Wiapio valley or Hilo.

Milk Tea Boba. They did not add enough powder. It tastes so watery. The boba pearls were ok. Powdered flavors are really cheap but they charge $6.75 for it and don't use much less than the recommended amount.Shaved ice. Wow is it $5 for a small cone now? The lilikoi syrup was nice.

Very affordable compared to other places on the island. Food wasn't outstanding (got the big breakfast) but the coffee boba was soo tasty! Definitely a mom & pop shop

What a great treat. We sat and talked to the owner for a while, he told us all about different things we could try and do while in the area. Super friendly and excellent refreshments!

おばあちゃんとおっちゃんがやってる。コットンキャンディシェイプアイスを食べた。日本では味わえないような甘さがワシには合ってますな。美味しい。ストローが付いている所が憎いねー。わかってらっしゃる。紙ナプキンも、アメリカンな感じ。めっちゃゆっくりと時間がながれるそうそう、キャンディをおまけしてくれた。ワシも、日本から持ってきたキャンディをプレゼントした。よろこんでくれた。たぶん通じ合えたと思う。
