Fantastic experience here, the food was great, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was chill. We stopped here for breakfast and had so many delicious menu items to choose from. Decided on the Breakfast Burrito, Avocado Toast, and a special Banana Mac Toast. For coffee Mac Nut and Sugar Cane Lattes. Everything was excellent! We hope to come again.

Beautiful place overlooking the ocean. The service was pleasant and the coffee was great! Veggie eggies (egg bites) are great and everything else looks delicious. Even the awesome toasts that are not pictured bc they're made fresh. 🤙🏼❤️The seating areas are awesome!

Above the town of Holualoa and located on the Mamalahoa Hwy 180, you'll find the perfect place to stretch and sip. It's located right on the Hwy, so ya can't miss it. The breezy open air sitting area will invite you to stay, especially with that view. The interior decor was perfect for the location. We had the Americano, which was delicious...and one of each on the sweets! The flavors, freshness, and texture of both were incredible. To have fresh coconut flakes melt in your mouth, followed by fresh beans! WOW

Amazing place with everything super tasty! I got breakfast here for two times while I’m visiting the island.Latte with macadamia nut milk is super good. Two types of avocado toasts are both delicious. The best is the dragonfruit tapioca which I’m still thinking of it! The sago is socked in a dense coconut milk made something that tastes like pudding. Not sweet but super tasty!Vegan burrito is super tasty. Curry tofu and quinoa insideDonuts are too sweet.

We have been three nights on Kona and went twice to this Coffee Shack. Great coffee and fantastic donuts, could also recommend the Avocado Toast. Lovely atmosphere and nice staff. We would have also gone the third morning but sadly had to be early at the airport. Give it a try, really nice view as well!

Went here on recommendation of ATV tours representative, and did not disappoint. Kona coffee was great. Sandwiches and breakfast burritos, donuts were all great. I overheard they are fixing up the restaurant next door (should be open mid 22). Nice shady outdoor place to sit and enjoy the food (complete with a pet chicken).

Great out of the way place to get some breakfast, smoothies, coffee, etc... Amazing location. Has a gorgeous patio area with tons of picnic tables and friendly chickens roaming around keeping the ground claen of crumbs. 😉 Food and drinks were excellent!

Latte for 6.5$ with no foam whatsoever barely warm. Extremely disappointed. They forgot to give the turnover we paid for and when reminded gave it without offering to heat it up, cold. Real bummer, this shop ruined our coffee art stroll experience.

Cute, little cafe with ample seating, delicious fresh baked treats, coffee options, and filling breakfast burritos! Totally loved everything we had, & will come back as often as we can. Beautiful scenic drive to get here & back down to the main highway, too. Go early to see the sunrise at the higher elevation where the cafe is!

Good espresso lattes! Fast service. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had. Now trying a dragonfruit donut. Good place to work from, has internet. Plenty of space, there’s an outdoor patio with roosters.Parking can be tough on the street, there’s a small side street to the right (mauka) when you pass the cafe where you can park.

One of the more bizarre coffee shop experiences we’ve had. It took awhile, which would have been fine if that helped things be calm and done correctly.We were asked how many shots go in a cappuccino and if we wanted milk in it (keep in mind this is in the middle of a coffee-centric area), the Kona drip coffee was just okay, and every food order from all the people in line was forgotten and had to be individually asked about. Pastries were stacked on top of each other from multiple orders and microwaved for a few seconds, so they ended up being a mix of fridge temp and a little warm.

Absolutely fire. We ordered breakfast burritos which came with eggs, potatoes and salsa. What's not to love?! Coffee could've been stronger but otherwise very fragrant. Lovely spot to stop by and have breakfast.

Stopped by to get coffee and snacks before heading to the airport on our way out. So glad we did. Lattes were great. Breakfast burrito was flavorful. Cinnamon roll was tasty. And bagel with cream cheese hit the spot. Highly recommend visiting this artist enclave and partaking it their delights and stopping by all the shops. Such a lovely part of the island.Vegetarian options: They had vegan options

What a find! I had an absolutely delightful experience at Honuakoa Coffee Shack. The staff is friendly, the coffee great and the banana bread was yummy. Great atmosphere with an ocean view! The town of Holuakoa was a nice discovery, near the Kona coffee growers. So worth the visit!

Top Atmosphere! Such a nice place!Coffee was semi good there are around the corner much better coffee shops.The staff where pretty unfriendly: we arrived at 9:00 and asked for breakfast the short answer where: no not within the next hour. That’s all we got as an answer - I mean at 09:00 I would assume they have breakfast (open at 7:00) but okay- we will never come again to this spot.

Call Uncle kimo's Kona coffee 6 times they never got back to me. One lady did call me back and said she would call back with a price and never did. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Some believable that people can't return your calls. Ironically company and I return calls and sodas. Mike company employees, I had an employee that wouldn't return calls. He would be going down the road.

Wow! Super good coffee, definitely one of the tastiest I have experienced. Usually lattes are milky and mild in flavor but the ones here taste great and have a strong coffee flavor. Besides the awesome drinks the few from the shack is breathtaking. Lovely place.

We stopped in here because it wasn’t far from where we were staying. Their drip coffee is from Kona, but I understood that their espresso isn’t. The coffee had a bold flavor. They had a variety of pastries like blueberry lemon rolls and banana bread. Everyone I was with ate everything completely so I guess they liked it. It has a nice seating area that has a bit of a view. You might encounter some chickens that come around that want a bite of your turnover.
