This was an amazing find we just happened to drive by while driving along to find coffee plantations or tours. The stroll down to the tasting area was beyond gorgeous. Photos, flowers, trees, grounds! If the season was right you were even welcomed to pluck a ripe fruit and they’d cut it up for you down below at the infinity pool. We had the place to ourselves and they drive you back up. This is a great place for a quick stroll down but even better to sit and relax a little. A roadside find that was amazing!

**May be open with an appointment** We made an appointment by email as stated on their website. This is one of my favorite places on earth! Please go to this place if you like coffee and plants. The whole gardens are on an incline downward so you start at the top and walk down with an incredible view of the ocean. At the bottom you get free coffee samples at the covered infinity pool, and they will drive you back up to the top to your car!! A bit of heaven on earth.Parking: Many parking spots in paved lotWheelchair accessibility: All paved path access

Amazing gardens. Beautiful flowers and lots of orchard trees as well as coffee. Worth seeing for the gardens alone. Coffee is a bonus. $5 entry fee gets you some coffee and a ride back up the hill. This place could make a killing as a cocktail bar with the gorgeous view over the ocean.

This place is so beautiful! We had no clue what to expect heading here. I expected a tour of coffee plants and a roasting facility. Instead, I was greeted by the $5 honor system entry fee and signs to a garden. I wasn’t quite sure what that meant I should expect, but I was not disappointed! The walk is down a steep hill through a beautiful botanical garden. Flowers and lush bushes next to coffee plants give way to fully mature, beautiful fruit and nut trees! The signs say pick all you want as long as you eat it on the property. We picked a ton of fruit and when we made it to the bottom, the host offered us a knife to help us eat them. It was such a lovely experience! Try the coffee glazed macadamia nuts they have for sale. They are sooo delicious! If you have mobility issues, you might want to see if the owners will drive you to the coffee facility. Speaking of which, they will drive you back uphill to your car after you are finished visiting.

The grounds are beautiful, and worth going to just to see the grounds, lots of great photo ops. Not too big on the coffee there. The coffee part of the business looks very small.

Amazing and beautiful plantation that allows its visitors to grab a fruit and eat it on the side. They also have a pretty swimming pool with a stunning view (swimming pool is deep up to the knees)The place is secluded and quiet. Worth stepping buy and spend some more time in.Coffee is really good. You can buy it next to the swimming pool. The people around are smiling and nice.

We had a great experience. As others have described, you pay $5 at the start (honour system) and then take a stroll, enjoying the flowers and fruit (which you can pick and eat). At the bottom theres a covered seating area where you can enjoy samples of coffee and relax. Unfortunately only the lychees and a few of the bananas were ripe when we went, but it was still a great experience. We'll be sure to come back when more types of fruit are ripe!!!

This was a surprising gem I didn’t expect to stumble onto when looking for a cup of coffee.Really well maintained, clean and aesthetic. A relaxing place to spend an hour sipping on coffee and watching the view. The Japanese owner is keeping this place around not for profit but for goodwill since it was his dream to have a place like this. How awesome is that... I felt I was in Japan for a while. If you are around, you have to stop by!

Nice downhill walk through manicured gardens with a steep uphill climb on the way up. Interesting fruit trees along the way including special chinese fruits, strawberry guava, and apple bananas. The man working at the bottom was very kind and calm. The complimentary coffee was nice, though I usually prefer something a bit bolder and I found it tasted light. $5 at entrance thru honor system and they offer umbrellas at the top to visitors. You can eat the fruit you find but can't leave with any. I went in April and much of the fruit wasn't ready to be picked yet. The infinity pool at the bottom looks beautiful and there's a nice lookout over Kona in front of it. It was too cloudy to see well from there when I went unfortunately. Complimentary rides up the hill are offered. Some of the signs below the plants are only in Japanese

The views were to die for. Best to go before afternoon clouds. We also enjoyed the downhill walk through the gardens and we were grateful for the shuttle back up the mountain. What a pleasant place to have coffee! I wish they served lunch.

Stopping by, I didn't really know what to expect here besides a regular coffee farm. But you park at the top in the parking lot and take a walk down through the flower gardens, then through an orchard where you can pick and eat all kinds of citrus fruits, bananas, macadamia nuts (there is a thing for cracking open the nuts), star fruit, etc. Once you get to the bottom of the orchard there is a beautiful fountain pool (great photo op) and an employee greeting you with samples of coffee, and an outdoor shop for purchases. There is a shuttle to take you back up to the parking lot (the short journey through the gardens is all downhill, fairly steep in areas). The staff was very friendly. It was an extremely enjoyable place to visit, I actually went twice while I was there. $5 donation to take the tour to the bottom.

This place is fantastic! For just $5 you get to see their lovely garden and orchard AND PICK FRUIT. We got to eat fresh grapefruit, starfruit, and lychee, best I’ve had in a long time. They give you coffee at the bottom where you are treated to a wonderful view of Kona while you enjoy the fruit and peruse the coffee selection.

The access to this coffee farm winds through beautiful botanical gardens including many fruit trees and ending at the most beautiful setting we have seen at a coffee tasting area. The coffee is excellent and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

You can enjoy not just coffee but also very well organized botanical garden. Unlike other coffee farm you better spare more of your time in this farm to have a look at the garden.

You make a$5.00 payment, on the honor system, at the top, in the parking lot gazebo. All the walking is well marked and down hill. Many different trees and flowers for you to see, as you meander down towards the cafe. You may pick fruits, to eat, along the way and when you get to the cafe you are welcomed to sample their coffee and other treats. Everything is pricey but of the highest quality, mainly catering to discerning Japanese tourists. In front, of the cafe, is a huge decorative infinity pool. This is a nice way to cool off and enjoy the stunning views.

We loved this place! For only five dollars, honor system, we were able to see all kinds of native flora and fruits. We were wondering how Lychee tasted, and with us being able to pick fruits there, we were able to taste it! It tasted good by the way. Also when we got to the bottom area they have a beautiful infinity pool and we got some free samples of coffee. Definitely worth the trip there.

Simply breathtaking views. A very steep walk down to the retail shop and scenic overlook. But the walk is delightful because it takes you through a small Japanese botanical garden. Note that you can get a free ride back up the hill to the parking lot. Definitely a must see!

Wonderful place, family friendly. Although it is steep, there's a ramp all the way down for wheelchair and stroller access. If you go in late October you get to enjoy most of the fruits the farm allows you to eat in the property. A hidden gem!

Beautiful grounds. You take a meandering walk through gardens to the tasting area/gift shop. Seating is shaded area behind an infinity pool overlooking the coast. Not ADA accessible from parking lot (steps), but maybe there is another way down.

Beautiful walk down through the plants (paved) to the gift shop with an awesome view. They provide a ride back up, so easy for the whole family to walk (about 20-30 min walk if you take the time to look at all the different types of plants). Tons of different plant types from ginger to limes to avocado.
