Beautiful handcrafts. The owner is so very friendly. She has so many wonderful items. Hats, purses, jewelry and so much more. I bought handweaved ornaments for my family and baskets for myself. I love buying from local artisans and this shop should be on your list if you are looking for the same. It was nice to see her weaving while I was visiting.

I went into the shop with my husband& mother inlaw hoping to find my mother inlaw a new papale as hers was on its last leg, she is very picky& said no to everything, but in this shop it's almost impossible to not find something you like, we eventually found the most beautiful papale& even my mother inlaw was happy!

A historic gift shop run by a fourth generation Japanese American family. Very friendly and attentive service. We went to look for a hat for me. Couldn't find one that fit. A very good selection of straw and Panama hats. My wife bought wooden salad servers and bamboo place mats.Well worth a stop!

My husband and I drove up from Kona at the suggestion of my friend Chari, whose Hawaiian and brought a handbag from the shop to work. They are so unique, woven and fully hand lined in Hawaiian prints, with a zip center compartment and bamboo handles. The free coffee pea berries for a sample are delish if they still have them. Go visit, it's real Hawaii.

Curious little knick-knack shop at the south end of Holualoa. Fair collection of straw hats. Better yet, both Wai'lua River and Ka'io Kona coffees in the store. Paul's Place has a slightly larger collection of Wai'lua River. But best coffee we tried by far is down further south at the Holualoa Coffee Farm.
