My husband stood in line for 15 minutes while the cashier visited with another customer and she folded shirts .She didn’t ask for someone to come up front to help all the people in line .The customer could have gotten all his info from the person in the feed section and saved a lot of time , but it’s terrible customer service to leave so many waiting while you fold and visit , without trying to get some help for everyone.Not impressed

After verifying product available and price, drove 98 miles to store only to be told online information was wrong. Sorry we don't have it. Not smart business.

GREAT SELECTIONS HOWEVER THE STAFF COULD USE SOME EDUCATING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE,,,I DID SPEAK TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED KEN HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL...HE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER IF NOT THE DISTRICT MANAGER 😎,,,SHE WAS RUDE AND THATS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND DEFINITELY UNPROFESSIONAL...THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO SHOP ...😏😏😏

I knew exactly what I needed. I walked straight up to the cash register told the guy what I needed paid for it and he gave me the receipt. I went through the drive-thru and they loaded it up for me. Couldn't have been easier.

This place is a good location for animal feed, including pets, livestock, chickens, and more. Also a great location for equipment, parts, and some clothing. A little bit of everything for the farmer. Easy to find and centrally located. With a drive through area to load larger items. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

I come here every week I've never had a problem till today. Only 1 person at the register helping the same 2 people for 15 minutes while other employees walked around doing nothing. I left my stuff and took my business elsewhere. I'm very disappointed with them! If you can't help your customers you should not be in business.

They're out of stock on a lot of stuff. They're a little pricey but what gets me everytime i go in is i dont want to go back. They have alot of people working but nobody can help. If you get lucky you might get a nice cashier but again they're busy. So if you go best of luck on who's working and what they have.

Definitely issues about their website as I can't seem 😕 to be able to order or see what they have in stock. "When " they answer the phone they are very helpful 🙂 and polite. Prices are a bit higher and shelves are not always stocked.
