...staff was on time, accomodating for nail trim services on two pets, cat and dog -- very personable and made it happen!!! especially with a challenging, super sacred, muscular strong mix terrier having had a vaccination with the Petco Hilo pet clinic folks just 3 days earlier!🐕‍ 🐈‍⬛ 🏽💕 We're happy campers now! Much appreciation.

UPDATED:Finally got in touch with them about application. My partner had to call with his phone because I guess my phone wasn't working. However, the review was solely about the communication and not the facility itself and the people working because definitely can email should the phone not be available. Hopefully can get this solved and looking forward to being a client in the future.I have submitted an application to board my dogs almost a week ago but no one ever got back to me. I called regarding application and was told to send vaccination paperwork which I did. I called again to confirm that it was received and if someone would get back to me. I shouldn't have to keep calling and checking on application. Communication is horrible. Definitely should change how that's handled. So people can move on and look for other accomidations.

I've never taken my dogs to a groomer, I've always done it myself, I'm very particular. But,due to circumstances I haven't been able to for several weeks, they were dirty & overgrown, toenails too longthe works. I'm so glad I chose Sheer Magic, they were super sweet to my dogs & did a fabulous job. I will be taking them back. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

They were so wonderful with our three days. Got them flea baths and while they were there, they also cut their nails. None of them were traumatized. They came back happy. I definitely would use them again and, if needed, would take them to board there. I highly recommend them.

Dropped our 2 dogs off Saturday morning for an overnight stay and grooming. When we picked up our dogs at the scheduled time on Sunday they were unable to locate our older dogs joint supplements. They also didn’t provide the grooming service on either dog. At the time we dropped the dogs off the person that checked us in wrote down the services that we wanted done.Past service have been great. This time extremely disappointing.

Beautiful pet salon and they're good with grooming services. Even they have pet boarding and its school of grooming apprenticeship program! Since 2013, I always bring my Standard Poodle, Sasha Pierre there for years! Love this!

Whenever we take our dogs there, the staff actually remembers them by name and greets them with friendly hugs. We’ve also used the boarding service and it was excellent. The dogs were well fed, had plenty of playtime and if there was an emergency they were prepared to get the dogs to the vet.

1st time there, requested for nail cut and buff. Yeah, not going there anymore the person who took care of my dog had clipped too close an had blood coming out of his nail. granted she tried to soothe him after but then my dog got nervous throughout the care, and she did fast kine buff. She didn't take her time to buff out the sharp nails. I basically went home and had to do it again.I'm not blaming the person who took care of my dog, I just wished for the service I got at least give me a discount or something for clipping my dogs nail an not doing a good buff.

One of my dogs had a cut on her chest and both dogs were bleeding from their nails. The owner never contacted me. I think it's the same owner as the groomer at Petco.

These people definitely deserve a raise for their bravery. Trimmed a reluctant and trembling pitiful mixed dogs nails in around 15 minutes.

Maki does a great job, grooming my dogs! My dogs are always relaxed when they return home. I highly recommend.Their grooming services are done at Petco in the Prince Kuhio Plaza.The website information needs to be updated.

This place is so unorganized I took my dog to for a normal bath, nothing special. They told me an hr mayb more. I called @2hrs later to see if my dog was ready and they hadn't even started on my pup. It has now been 3 hrs and I've yet to hear from this place if my dog is ready.
