These people are extremely rude. We basically got yelled at for nicely asking where their puppies were sourced. We genuinely wondered where they came from and feel it's a responsible thing to ask when inquiring about buying a puppy, especially ones with those prices. Apparently they were offended by the question as we got "do these puppies look like they're from a puppy mill?!?" Yelled in our faces. Didn't know you could tell by just looking. Get over yourselves.

Walked in with my four children and French bulldog, wasn't acknowledged at all. Workers glanced at me a half dozen times in the twenty minutes we spent browsing and never addressed us once. Poor customer service, I went in looking to purchase a puppy along with other doggy necessities. Needless to say we left empty handed and won't be returning.

I called 15 minutes before closing. They said they closed at 6pm. I got there 10 minutes before closing. The door was closed, lights were off, employee inside counting her monies. I have baby jacksons that needed feeding and a short window to get out and get food for them after I finished work. If you say you close at 6, then you should remain open till 6. Especially if I just called you and you told me you close at 6.
