The farm is gorgeous, the team is more than welcoming and reliable ! Their shop is full of fresh products, locally made. For tourists: you'll have the most wonderful time learning about tropical fruits, spices, and waterfalls during the tour. You get to try them as well in front of rainbow falls !For locals : we've been getting our veggies box for almost two years now. Always fresh, seasonal, with great recipes! Good luck to find as many veggies for the same prices (AND QUALITY !) in supermarkets.

We had a great time at O.K. Farm. We went on a tour with Lo and she was so sweet and accommodating. She taught us a lot about the spices and fruit trees. We saw two waterfalls and it was so cool and refreshing. At the Rainbow Fall, we got to enjoy fresh fruits and Waiakea volcanic water. Such a wonderful treat. Thank you for these wonderful memories!

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Toni was an amazing tour guide, knowledgeable and fun. So many spice and fruit trees, macadamia and cacao trees...We learned so much about the history of the farm and in so, Hawaii. It made me feel closer and a little protective of this beautiful island. We were taken, in an air conditioned van, to see so many different orchards on the farm, learned about so much... and then to 2 different waterfalls!!Nowhere else can you enjoy freshly cut fruit and crack macadamia nuts that were grown on the property while standing at the top of rainbow falls...It was a truly incredible experience.

Oh my gosh the best experience!! I found this tour while visiting Hawaii for my husband and I. Our tour guide Lo was funny, energetic, and really knowledgeable. She made the tour fun and gave that intimate experience. We tried multiple spices, fruits, cacao plant, and saw a couple waterfalls. Highly recommend. Such a fun experience.

Such a unique experience! I wanted to see a Macadamia Farm, but this has it all. The fruits, veggies, spices, cocoa, and nuts! We got to try several things. Collected a few of our own things to try right then and there. The farm is Beautiful and lush, with Beautiful views of different waterfalls, including Rainbow 🌈 Falls, but such a better view from this private property!! They drive you around in a van with AC. There are several stops with short easy walks!! Definitely worth the money!!

Lo Lo was an amazing tour guide. Her knowledge of all things pertaining to the farm and Hawaii was excellent. We could not have asked for a better tour. The shop and souvenirs were also great. Our son highly recommends the vegan lemon loaf.

Fantastic tour! Highly recommend. We booked it on a whim when we couldn’t find any other tours that were open right now. I hadn’t heard of this one but after reading the reviews decided to go for it. We had the best time! We had 4 kids with us (ages 4, 6, 8, 10) and they loved every minute. Very hands on and lots of yummy samples. Very educational and in a way where they will always remember I think - the difference between hearing someone talk about where nutmeg comes from vs actually seeing and smelling it right from the tree! Amazing. Our tour guide was super friendly and sweet, and so good with the kids. Pretty waterfalls (including a top view of rainbow falls) and gorgeous views of the bay. Also the chocolate they sold at the gift shop was divine!

We had a tour here and it was amazing. Our guide Kea was top notch. Very knowledgeable and lots or fresh fruit and nut samples. Bonus is the multiple waterfall views from the farm you don't get at the public access. Best Lychee ever! Try some fruit and catch a rainbow.

Visited the farm and were greeted by loveliest co-owner, Ala'amoe, who told us about the farm and some of their crops. We tried 2 of their fruits longan and rambutan which were delicious. Recommend visiting this farm. They arrange farm tours as well, you can book ahead I believe.

We toured the farm last week and what a great time. Toni was our guide and she was spectacular. Our group went from 10 to 76 years old and there was some debate about the adventure of a farm tour. After the tour we all agreed it was one of the best we had been on.Tasting all the exotic fruits and spices and eating by the waterfalls was great. Would recommend this to anyone.

Family owned and ran, this amazing gem is must tour while in Hilo. The love and care that is placed into the farm can be felt before the tour even starts. Clean shop and courteous staff greeted us with sips of delicious coffee. We toured around the farm on foot and van, a great way to see everything. K was extremely knowledgeable in his craftsmanship. While watching a private waterfall we got some good history about the Big Island while munching on delicious chocolate, Hawaii filtered water and fruits. Lastly the icing on the cake was the private tour of rainbow falls. Thank you to the entire family and staff for a wonderful time at OK farms.

This family farm is one of our most treasured spots. The tour is fantastic and three generations of my family enjoyed it all in equal measure. The farm stand is full of not only produce from the farm and other local farmers, but has a great selection of locally made gifts and treats. Do yourself a favor and stop by to check it out.

We found this tour through a google search after every coffee and chocolate tour we tried to sign up for were booked. I’m not sure why this isn’t advertised more or on Yelp because it was an epic tour and one of the highlights of our vacation on Big Island. We got to learn where our favorite spices come from, view beautiful waterfalls and sample delicious fresh fruit and macadamia nuts. My 4 and 7 year olds loved it and they get bored easily. Taylor was our tour guide and she was fabulous and very knowledgeable.

We have done several farm tours in Hawaii and this one by far was the best. Learned so much about the fruit, nuts and spices they grow on the farm and our tour guide was wonderful! Loved trying the locally grown produce. Added bonus was getting to see the waterfalls. Highly, highly recommend this tour. Fun for all ages.

Auntie is the best tour guide! Her on-hands tours remind me of the educational experience of my HS biology teacher on a day long forest walk. She knows her farm and offers great insight with cultural history, allowing us to sample or experience the farm's many products. If you have young inquisitive children, they will love this tour. Load up in the gift store before leaving the island. The medium roast Hilo coffee is excellent. My wife and I were fortunate to receive a 2.5 hour tour.

What an incredible place, and what an incredible experience! I truly believe that when a farm respects the land and respects the community, their crops will thrive and will be the most delicious. My family's wonderful tour of O.K. Farms affirms that for me. We first stopped here briefly on a longer tour a few years ago, and have been telling everyone who will listen ever since that as good as Kona coffee is, Hilo coffee is even better. This year, we stopped again for a more in depth tour, and were even more enchanted. We were so deeply impressed not only by the wonderful quality of the coffee, chocolate, macadamia nuts, spices, and fruits of all kinds, but by the warmth and generosity of the farm owners to us, their employees, and their community! I would recommend a stop here to anyone with an interest in great coffee, Hawaiian agriculture generally, or the wonderful culture of this beautiful island. I know that we will be back whenever we are fortunate enough to be on the Big Island again!

This place is so much more than a farm. Visiting this place is a beautiful experience that brought tears to my eyes, and that isn't a frequent occurrence for me. First, I've visited this place twice (I come from Michigan, but we make plans to go there) and I have enjoyed deeply seeing the growth. The farm is beautiful and the tour is extensive. You really learn about the plants and the land, the tour is very engaging. There are lovely samples and many stops to see the places they come from. Don't let the rain scare you off, they really do a good job of making all weather very comfortable. What I learned this trip was how much they support their employees and their community. These amazing people are truly giving. They allow their employee rent free to grow food in order to support his family, and develop his own career. They provide a soccer field for the local schools. Besides amazing coffee and delicious chocolate they grow species, fruit, and more. The owner makes amazing oils for medicinal purposes. I had horrible heat rash and her clove oil provided instant relief. It smells and feels heavenly.I highly recommend this tour and really listening and taking in the beauty and spirit of the land and the owner. We plan to come back everytime we come to this island, this will always be a must do. If you don't understand what living with aloha is, you will when you leave this place.

Stopped here for a farm tour and had a great time! Our guide did a great job explaining what everything was and answering questions. You get to see a little bit of everything that is grown there which was awesome to see, and you get to taste a lot of different fruits/spices as well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. I went not knowing what kind of farm we were touring. I loved learning about all the spices they grow and harvest. Our tour guide, Kea was great. I learned so much. The little ones with us (4 & 7) didn't ask once when would we be done. We enjoyed samples of the fruit they grown and the cocoa bean right from the tree!! When we got back to the store/warehouse building Auntie was grinding the cinnamon... The fragrance was heavenly. If you are in the Hilo area be sure to check Ok Farm tours out.
